If I could give no stars I would.... The older lady who works / owns it is extremely rude and gave me really bad customer service... I was there with friends but felt like walking out.. I never again spend money in her business... No wonder your hotel is so quiet the way you treated me last night was disgraceful ..... You need to treat people with kindness and respect specially as a business owner

I enjoy going out for a meal at the Gilbert Valley Hotel. Brian & Linette are polite, friendly & deliver great service & terrific meals. If you want a hot meal, cooked well, then drop into the Gilbert Valley Hotel! Portion sizes are terrific.

Wow our group of friends went to the markets in Saddleworth and then thought about lunch I looked online and saw Gilbert Valley Hotel up the road and the place didn't miss a beat everyone in my group which was 11 people loved, just loved the food. We will definitely go again.

Friendly, professional service, great pub food with a relaxed vibe. Could be the best schnitty I've ever had, certainly up there. Very happy with our experience.
