Had read about new owners reviving the community re the pub. Reviews for food moved us to investigate. Whatever happened to country hospitality???? The rude greeting we received almost made us retreat. Food was great but felt unwelcome. Kitchen waitress pleasant though. Will not be recommending to fellow travellers. Shame...

Not as you would expect from the exterior. Lovely little pub inside. Welcoming staff. Great coffee. Great meals. Would drop in again next time passing thru. Enjoyed it

We dined here for lunch, the menu had a good range of meals to choose from. The generously portioned meals were delicious and reasonably priced. Highly recommend and would definitely come back.

We went there to eat and it was absolute delicious! Ordered a burger and prawns but the garlic bread also seemed tasty. I recommend it 100%!

Great pub to stop at to have a beer something to eat

It's a classic Australian country pub. Order food and drinks at the bar (no impersonal table barcodes here). The food options are varied and the quality was high. The bar was full of locals with some kids running around too and we headed out to the quiet and clean beer garden. It's peaceful but there's not much of a view, since the pub is on the corner of the main street. Good value, good place.

Highly recommend stopping here for a feed, I did and it was the best pub meal ever. ?

We held our work Christmas function here - when I say this place has country charm! We were served quickly, professionally and with a real care factor. Our meals were big, tasty and well priced! Highly recommend this pub to anyone - pool tables, games room, comfy and clean ??????

Great country pub , the barman knows how to make a tasty gin and tonic.

The quality of food is amazing.
The cheese garlic bread is the best in Australia: thick cheese and soft bread and huge amount; And the price is only $8.....
Other dishes are amazing too: love the salad coming with dishes. Unlike many restaurants and pubs provide little green and charge huge money, the salad was amazing and big quantity.
When we can't finish and about to pack some with tissue, they kindly offer a container without charging: these days restaurants charge $1-$2 for bloody container even you spent hundreds dollars with them.
Big plus is the down to earth staff.

Magic place. Friendly people and really helpful. Great for a laugh. Food was fantastic. Had the Thai beef. Tender beef and tasty salad. Seafood was great too. And the caramel sundae is to die for. Hot caramel!

Nice little place to stop. Had everything we needed. Staff where great. Great layout, so can accommodate different groups and events if needed.
