great place to stop for a cheap room , and GREAT PUB MEAL... can't beat this for an overnight trip to mount hotham ..
sensible place to spend the night..
we have stayed here before , and will stay here again .
shame about no more breakfasts. but the Bakery across the road opens at 6am .

Had the scotch fillet over the weekend and it was cooked to perfection. All the meals came out quickly and were very fulfilling. Thanks for having us

I didn't stay, only came for a meal so can't rate the rooms ,but the meals were great beautifully cooked and in good time. The service was fantastic, friendly and welcoming. We dropped in for lunch to break up our 4WDing trip. I would definitely recommend calling in.

Visited here yesterday to have a meal and received a warm welcome, staff super friendly and happy to have a chat.
Loved the atmosphere, good old homely country pub.
Call in 3 or 4 times a year passing through and always same quality.

We had a fantastic dinner here. The owners are lovely. My husband and I loved both our parmas. The children both finished their dinner, which happens.
The cheesy garlic Cobb was a winner.
I will recommend everyone to visit here.

Very sadly, with terrible new owners, this has gone from being a long-time fave to the worst hotel experience ever. The female owner shouted at us for leaving the room 10 minutes late, and then screamed down at us from the balcony that we had not left the key - when in fact she had misplaced it. I was left in tears and very sad about Omeo.
