unfortunately, there is an element of staff members (particularly Indians/sub-continent ).... who project racism and animosity towards the patrons. I saw a lot of unprofessional (unethical conduct towards customers doing nothing wrong..... I myself was a victim of this unhealthy (medieval kind of mentality). I would like the higher management to consider this and train some of these guys , who are constantly cutting corners and subjecting customers to some sort of racial profiling .... this never use to be tolerated before. If someone is doing wrong or they are out of order, understandably they deserve to be informed about their behaviour , but , someone oblivious to what is going on ...... must not be involved in such low grade customer service.
