I had a great dining experience at the hotel. The service staff were lovely and took extra care when answering my questions. It was my first time in Traralgon and using chargeback (I was there for work) and they kindly stepped me through the process.
The crispy chicken burger was delicious and my lemon lime and bitters with soda water quenched my thirst! Great people and food!

Had lunch there yesterday, OMG it was awesome. Chefs special, Tuscan chicken pasta, tastes as good as it looks. Husband had the outback Parma, it was huge, and cooked to perfection. Best Parma he had ever had. Awesome vibe, the kitchen crew were amazing and the chef was clearly very passionate about his dishes, our waitress was lovely. Probably the only pub venue that consistently delivers great food and service. Wish I got a pic of our meals!

Attended the Grand Junction for dinner with family, my sister and I shared a bowl of Golden BBQ wings(special menu), and the flavour was delicious. That were that good we came back a week later and had a bowl of wings each, too good to share. Fish and chips are so juicy and fresh and the champagne chicken was also delicious. Its all about the food. Kitchen staff extra special happy people

1hr wait on a Sunday, lamb shanks, calamari & roast of the day. Lamb shanks were lukewarm, vegetables were cold. The roast of the day was same, Lukewarm & cold vegetables. Calamari was good.
We didn't return the meals because we feared another 1hr wait.
Wouldn't recommend this place, bistro was 25% full so would hate to think if it was busy.

Had lunch on the weekend, nice pub meals for the price. My smashed avo on my chicken dish had way too much lemon and was really tangy and was just over powering and the hollandaise sauce was very plain and tasteless otherwise the chicken was good

I visited with 6 friends for lunch. I enjoyed the lunch special fish & chips. Several others did too. We rated them at about 7.5. Others had the steak sandwich - all rated as excellent. One had the lunch special roast. Very good. One downside was the surcharge for using a card. Just a money grab, as far as I am concerned. The Grand Junction Hotel is not a small business by any stretch. I won't be back.
