Great Southern Inn Hotel, Eden NSW

The club was amazing. Chris the manager was absolutely amazing - she was attentive and her service was brilliant. Food was great - loved everything about the pub! Chris should be commended for her excellent work - and her French Martini's were spectacular. Thank you for an amazing night.

The most amazingly friendly staff who are warm and extremely accommodating. The food is outstanding, probably the best chicken schnitzel and side salad i have ever had. I thoroughly recommend a meal at this pub if you are ever in Eden.

We are locals who visit the Great Southern on a regular basis and have always enjoyed the friendly service and delicious meals. Today was outstanding as we ordered the seafood platter that was the best we've had anywhere with so much fresh, delicious and quality fish, (fried, grilled and smoked), prawns (fresh and cooked), calamari, different types of oysters, salad, chips with side sauces ...it was a real credit to the chefs.
Our waiter was friendly and courteous and there was a lovely vibe with upbeat music in the background, which together with the beautiful view on the balcony made it a lunch to remember.
Get along there, you won't regret it!

I come to Eden for a get away every few months or so from Sydney and every time I've come to the great southern inn the food/ service has been awesome!
I visited tonight and the service was amazing again! The bar staff were very attentive and even offered some snacks!
I recommend visiting to anyone passing by! Thanks for the great service ❤️

Arrived for dinner without making a reservation, which is on us. Asked a gentleman behind the bar if there was room for 6 and we were laughed at and then told to stand to the side to see what could be done. Were shortly offered a space which was great however had to source our own cutlery, napkins and wipe down the table. Waited over 70mins for our meals which were a mixed bag in terms of taste, preparation and value for money. Our meals were eventually delivered by a lovely lady who worked at the Inn however was there eating on her night off. We were pretty disappointed overall.
