"I recently visited your restaurant and had a disappointing experience with the staff. While the food and ambiance were good, the service was not up to par.
Unfortunately, the staff member attending to us seemed to be treating customers unequally. We noticed that some tables were receiving more attention and courtesy than others.
Furthermore, we were rushed to finish our drinks within 20 minutes, with the staff member explicitly stating that they would be shutting the restaurant if we didn't finish. This came across as rude and inhospitable.
As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of the time or circumstances. I hope you will take our feedback seriously and take necessary steps to ensure that all customers receive equal and excellent service.
