We hired a private karaoke booth and at some point the sound system wasn't working and going through the tv, the microphones were ok but there's no video, just lyrics, the rooms are limited in styling and microphones so it was all just kind of boring. Also they kick you out on the dot, they don't warn you it's the last song or let you finish the song in private, unlike other karaoke bars. Other bars also let you extend the time if you want to, this place doesn't do that.

The main karaoke area, you can't fit past the crowd to get to the stage to ask to add your song to the list, and I question the fire safety of this place tbh especially given the lift entrance. If I can't walk to the karaoke man how can we all leave in a fire? Probs should make the fire exit sign more obvious considering you enter the bar in a lift near the crowded area no one can walk through. The venue does not look like the trendy photos on here, it looks run down and dirty and the crowd is pretty bogan ngl. I probably would have enjoyed it more if I hadn't had better experiences at a different karaoke bar that was just so much more courteous. Rudely kicking you out of the private booth at the end of your session just ruins the mood for the night. The main reason I was unhappy with the experience but also I expected more based on the photos here.

A nice rooftop bar with a floor for karaoke!

The karaoke floor seemed nice and chilled out.
Would definitely give it another shot at a later date! 4 stars for now.

Great bar, lovely staff, waiters, waitresses, security etc.

My only complaint, and I have seen and heard about it multiple times is the guy who controls the karaoke. He's dismissive if you don't want to sing the things he likes, impolite if you want to sing things from other countries, and always gives the stage for the same people he knows. He just ignores you if you want to sing things he doesn't like.

I've been there twice and I've heard the same feedback more than 5 times and it happened to a friend who were with me.

Amazing value for 2 hours, went with a few friends to one of the small private rooms. The Karafun interface is so easy to use, you can pause, load up, reorder, transpose key, and change the amount of original vocals. Staff were very good and drinks get delivered. Fantastic night out! Will be going back!

Good staff. Smelly rooms. I have been there twice in a private room booking. Both times, one of the two microphones have run out of battery halfway through the session. Last night, the room smelled like mouldy laundry. We didn't get extra time or anything offered for the fact we had to wait to get the batteries replaced. They promptly kicked us out, the minute our 2 hours ended. We still had a good time. Maybe bring your own double AA batteries as back up!
