If you're in the mood for a meal that's good but not too good, this is your spot. The restaurant hits that sweet spot of reliable, competent, but just a little bit unremarkable - It won't change your life, but it's unlikely to ruin your evening, either.
The mise en scène is balanced between "we know what we're doing" and "we're not trying too hard.". It's the kind of place where you're comfortable enough to relax, but not so much that you forget you're still paying for the privilege.
That brings us to the menu... and the pictures. If you're expecting your meal to look like the glossy, beautifully styled shots on the menu, prepare for a bit of disappointment. It's not bad, it's just... different. The colors aren't as vibrant, and the portion may leave you wondering if the photographer had a really great angle or if they were just better at their job than the chef.
As for the food itself - it's fine. It's well-prepared, and doesn't make you question whether the seafood isn't fresh. The garlic bread was sensational.
In the end, it's a solid four stars. You'll leave full, content, and with no real complaints. Just don't expect the Instagram-worthy feast you were promised.
