I am a loyal Silver member who spent $1000 there and was deeply disappointed by how I was treated during my recent visit on the 30th of January 2025. While I understand store policies, a manager publicly reprimanded me in an unprofessional manner just because I removed my shoes while sitting. I initially listened to the manager and put them back on, but after some time, I forgot and removed them again for comfort. Instead of handling the situation respectfully, I was humiliated in front of others.
Due to this experience, I have decided not to visit your establishment anymore and will be advising my friends and family to do the same. Customers deserve respect, as it is their support that keeps a business running. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address how customers are treated.
