Upon arrival, I was welcomed into a tidy and inviting lobby by the friendly and professional front desk staff. A special mention to Ken, who was incredibly accommodating and made check-in smooth and hassle-free.

Our room was exactly as booked - clean, tidy, and comfortable. Breakfast was included in our stay, and the selection was fresh and well-prepared. The staff in the breakfast area were warm and welcoming, and the space was kept spotless.

The hotel is right across from World Square Shopping Centre, making it easy to find dining and shopping options nearby.

Walking distance from central station. Walked into a clean lobby and was greeted by lovely friendly staff. Checked in and our room was clean tidy and exactly what I had booked. Breakfast was included in our price and again, the food was fresh, staff friendly and welcoming and Breakfast area was clean. Right across the road from world square shopping centre. Very happy with my stay and looking forward to staying here again.

This is obviously not a 5 star hotel, but you get what you pay for. The price is great for what you get. The rooms are small, obviously, but very clean. Location is great as it's so close to trains and trams.

The thing that makes this 3.5 star hotel get a 5 star rating is the service and hospitality. Lily & Josh, in reception/bar area are exceptional at what they do. Warm, friendly and professional. They are great at giving travel tips and advice for Sydney and are excellent in the concierge role.
