Despite this, we opted for a premium pass with photos, yet only received one image. Nonetheless, the evening was exceptional, and the staff's hospitality was delightful. The cocktails served were not only delicious but also added to the enjoyable ambiance of the night.

Whilst I acknowledge it's a great once off experience, I found it very disappointing that you were not allowed to take photos. I honestly believe they would get more people through the doors if people were posting online. Instead they offer a photo for $12, which I didn't bother with. I like to post my experiences, so I wouldn't go back. Having said that, I thought the staff and drinks were wonderful.

Had an awesome time at the ice bar. Louie was an awesome bartender so friendly and lots of fun! Nice to 'chill' out and enjoy awesome themed drinks while playing some games to try and distract ourselves with how cold it actually was! Great experience would highly recommend.

I took my husband here for his birthday and what a great experience it was.
The staff were incredibly friendly, special shoutout to Louis for his exceptional service and hospitality.
Would definitely recommend for a great experience out.
If you freeze easily like me, Opt in for those second pair of gloves offered, at -10..... its COLD 🥶

This is completely a new experience. A bar where the temperature is set to -10° C which will give you a feeling as if you are in one of those snowy mountains. One cannot stay there for long and that's the reason the time is capped to 45 mins for each ticket entry. They will get you covered with the necessary winter gear but I feel the palm gets stiff after a certain point in time. The drinks provided inside are unique in their own way. It depends on the individual whether they like it or not. I recommend a one-time visit to experience that place.
