Young worker last name stuckey/ Bottomley serves me with the upmost professionalism, always has a smile and small talks. He is fast at meeting my needs and is of great character. Absolute asset to the company and is manager material.
Keep up the good work. Always such a pleasure to come to the Ivanhoe hotel.

Went to the pokies here today to have play . Went to the bar for a drink they wanted $11 for two flat cokes that used to be free while playing machines . That's okay but we did notice the regulars received free wine , we can't say we are regulars going there once a week but felt embarrassed as we spend our money ("probably more 😂 than their regulars." ) Anyway don't reckon we will return nicer staff and other places to go.

I've been to Ivanhoe Hotel twice now and both times I've enjoyed myself. It's a charming place. Nice locals and staff. Three long tables sit perpendicular to the bar close by, with comfortable and interestingly designed chairs I haven't seen in other pubs. Carlton Draught is on special from 4-6pm if I recall correctly. My only criticism is they have the volume on for both the AFL and the horses; I'd rather one or the other.

Somebody has to let you all know that the Bistro here has not been open since COVID lockdown. A shame really it was once a great place for a family dinner. However drop in the main bar (not the pokies) for some merriment.
Ivanhoe Hotel is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 8 AM until 4 AM the following morning. They are also open Sunday from 10 AM until 4 AM the following morning.
