The Jamo has been our family pub on and off throughout the years. It has been a few months since we have been there but couldn't be happier with the service we received today! It was my Grandad's wake and the staff and management were very accommodating to us all, and were very nice and helpful with every request we made. Our children had a wonderful time in the indoor playground and the game machines they have. It made a tough time that much easier. Thank you ?

Cup of tea made with warm water, coffee undrinkable and food inedible. Used to be nice. We have been coming here regularly but sadly the standard of food and drink is terrible lately.
We won't be back. Grisly chicken, covered in a thick layer of overcooked crumb so hard it can't be cut and meal/drink orders muddled up? No way to keep customers. There are dozens of much better places to go.

Went to this place and had an amazing time, they surved great food and had amazing friendly service. The manager Jannette was incredible going above and beyond making sure we were taken care of and that we were satisfied with everything.

We were in a group of 10. My husband and I had to wait an hour and a half for our main meals, despite reminding the staff twice. They didn't care. Some of our friends had left before we got our meals. Won't be returning for a meal that's for sure.

I would not recommend eating here. A table of 8 ordered at the same time, the meals came out wrong and at all different times. Most of us were finished before the last meal came out. Average food, no atmosphere and poor service.

Food arrived fast, presented well, hot and yummy.
The kids play area is small and old, was fine as only one other family there but it wouldn't be suitable for more than a few kids at a time.
Unfortunately the dinning area in front of kids playground just smelt of dirty cigarette smoke from the adjoining smokers balcony.
