Had high expectations of this Irish pub as a Celtic. Didn't have food so won't comment. An Irish pub that does not have Guiness on tap is not an Irish pub. The bar staff did not know how to pour a Guinness from a can !!!!!!!!!!!!!. My prosecco was poured into a glass and overflowed on to the bar. Bar staff sullen, environment .....no Irish memorabilia ...no craic ... no guinness NOT an IRISH PUB

Arrogant bar staff was made to feel as it was a inconvenience to order food or a beer! Food was average at best and I ended up with Gastro by dinner time after eating lunch here.

Pretty decent pub. Great atmosphere with friendly staff. Well priced food. Lots of parking in their car park (limited street parking). Great fenced area with playground for kids. Indoor, under cover, and outside dining available. Good sized front bar.

50 minute wait for food and food when it eventually arrived was burnt. Chips were cold and covered and I mean covered in salt so thick they weren't edible.
I get you had a massive Christmas party on a Wednesday at lunch time but if we had been told that the people that rocked up after us were going to get their food first we would've asked for our money back and gone somewhere else.
Not to mention the place looking pretty rough, nothing like photos on here. Grass hasn't been mowed in weeks.
A shade over the playground might actually make it useable

Attended with a group of 28 adults for a reunion. Great place for good pub food, a resonable variety of beers, limited in top shelf spirits and wines, meals very generous serving. We commenced our reunion early at 3pm. and was disappointed that no platters were available to purchase. Our organisers did approach the venue to arrange something but were turned down, and they then asked if we could provide snacks prior to dinner, which was also refused.
We did have a great time. However, if attending with a large group, for an afternoon, I would recommend researching for another venue.
