Went to karaoke last night. Organiser only let the same handful of people sing. Our group never got a turn yet multiple others got at least 5 turns. There needs to be a fairer system to ensure ALL patrons get a turn and not just the regulars / dial a crowd. We won't be back.

Very disappointing, this place is used to be our favourite lunch and dinner restaurant. We have noticed recently that the place in general started to go south. The restaurant food quality has deteriorated dramatically, and the menu hasn't changed, but the quality of the food the plate services size is noticeably negatively changed. The management appears to be not interested in altering the negative path. They are definitely undermining the senior's mental integrity. In general, the place, in my opinion, lost its position in our favourite restaurant listing. Just to be specific, we ordered normal std chicken schnitzel , what we got completely something we can't call food for human consumption, the size suitable for children, the chips made and cooked in very in very poor quality. Then the sweet service quality was very bad, very dry and old. Then the coffee definitely made by someone never used the coffee makings equipment before. Obviously, they mixed between us and the free supplied coffee in the gaming area. In the end, it's sadly revealing our true opinions and feelings on the place. I should mention the management at the has been notified of our concerns and offered us partial bill cost ???. We hope the management reconsider and address the issues we raised. Finally, we will visit the place again and report back of any positive or negative changes. Very disappointed customers.

The staff were so friendly, the food was delicious, price was very reasonable, the ambience etc....Food was very slow and even drinks had to wait for more than 15 minutes.

Really lovely, easy dinner with the family for when I can't be bothered cooking! Playground is small but my 5 year old thought it was amazing, food came out pretty fast, and everyone was happy with their meals.

Very good quality food at a more than reasonable price & a great atmosphere.

I ordered lamb chops for lunch, I have to say for the price I paid for the meal I ordered, you'll pay the same price if you bought 3 lamb chops from the food store except you have to cook it yourself. Try the food that is cooked for you I'm sure you'll enjoy ?

Always beautiful food great service and fantastic atmosphere we go weekly and love the food.

Dinner with family in the Bistro before we head back to Perth tomorrow. Though we booked ahead it was not very busy so we were attended to quickly by the friendly staff and seated. We were given physical menus but we were able to order from the table with a QR code and seeing as there were 8 of us we found this easier to make sure we didn't forget anything. Prices were as expected for a pub bistro. After ordering and paying, the meals arrived quite quickly and were reasonably sized. There are several TV screens around the bistro showing sport and a kids playground as well. The only thing that was disappointing for me was there was no alcoholic ginger beer but other than that it was a great experience. We did not partake in the pokies.

Just returned from this place after our New Year's lunch. Wow absolutely wow!!! From the moment we walked in until we walked out we were amazed at the hospitality. The staff were so friendly, the food was delicious, the price was very reasonable, the ambience etc.... We simply couldn't believe that this place was just down the road from us and we haven't been here before. This is definitely on our agenda for next time. Certainly a BIG ??'?? up and definitely 5 stars.

Take 2. After our fantastic experience previously, we decided to visit again this time for Easter dinner. Another wow experience. We absolutely love this place. The food was fantastic and the staff here are amazingly wonderful. Was served by Michelle from beginning to end and she was so friendly and always with a warm smile.

We visited on 10/11/22. Whilst the kids mini cheeseburgers were a hit & the steak cooked perfectly, the 2 chicken parmigiana meals we ordered were dry & tough to the point we stopped eating it 1/4 of the way through. all serves of chips were also over cooked & basically dried out ???"
We always come & enjoy a meal for birthdays & other special occasions.
We'll definitely be back to our favourite bistro & hopefully the good old parmigiana will be worth coming for next time as it has always been a favourite

Only downside would be the smell of the women's toilets.

We've had a couple of meals here recently and thoroughly enjoyed it every time. We've had some really delightful soups, most recently the potato, bacon and cheese soup ? Roast of the day (lamb) was very tasty with lots of vegetables and the chicken mignon was very delicious. We'll be back here again soon to try some more ?

We did not have a good time here.
When we arrived, it was our first time here, we went past the check in point and there was a wait to be seated sign right across the bar. That's what we did, waited. There was a male employee behind the bar looking at us and I said 'hi', but he didn't say anything he just kept starring at us. He then moved over a bit in front of a screen and I thought oh finally he is looking up a table for us (mind you there was only about 3 tables occupied so it was very empty). But after fiddling around behind the screen and continuing to look at us he just walked away into the room acting as if he was doing stuff around the empty tables. So we were just left standing there for minutes until we decided to just go for a table as no one bothered to attend to us which already annoyed me. On our way across the room we crossed ways with a female employee coming from the kitchen I think and she finally showed us to a table after I explained that we had been waiting at the sign and been ignored by another employee.

My partner placed the order online through the QR Code or something and we waited. Enough time passed for us to be wondering where our drinks were. My partner went up to the bar asking that if we order online, if we get the drinks brought to the table or have to pick them up. He was assured they will be brought over shortly. More time passed and still nothing, he went up again and was told again they will be made shortly. We had 1 beer and 2 cocktails, the bar was not busy at all. Finally after ages we got our drinks, in the mean time our food already arrived before the drinks did

The food looked delicious. We had garlic bread which was yummy and the slow cooked pie and the steak sandwich.
This is where it started to go even more downhill. The pie was dry and hard, the meat filling was anything but soft like you would expect slow cooked meat to be. The gravy, I couldn't eat. I don't know what was wrong with it but it was awful. It tasted like beer, intensely. The relish was also weird, couldn't eat it. It tasted like cinnamon??? It was so bizarre, worst gravy and relish I ever tasted. Made my partner taste it too in case my taste was off but he also hated it. The onion rings were not awful but the batter was definitely undercooked. The only thing I enjoyed was the mash. It seemed like a rushed meal, like someone couldnt be bothered putting effort into it that night.
I usually never have leftovers because I'm very particular about not having food go to waste but I simply couldn't eat half of it because of its taste.
His steak sandwich was overall better than my meal, but he (a big steak enthusiast) was not the biggest fan either. Steak itself, the seasoning and cooking, wasn't great he said.
Our 2 cocktails were very different too. Mine was super strong with an overpowering alcohol taste and his tasted like they forgot the alcohol completely.

In the end we were still left hungry due to not finishing our unpleasant meals and we wanted to leave as quick as possible.
The food wasn't good but the customer service was definitely worse, did not appreciate that at all.

At this point, we will not be back and not recommending this place to anyone.

Pleasant spot in the beer garden for our work Christmas lunch. Pretty basic menu but something for everyone and pricing not over the top.

Second pub meal since Victoria opened up. Wasn't confident as a different pub was very disappointing... I should have gone yo the Keysie the first time. The food was FANTASTIC...!!! All 6 of us enjoyed our meals from seniors steak to kids meals. Delicious.

Excellent food. Very clean. Come here often even though it is a bit out of the way

The staff very friendly and most of our meals very nice. However my only issue was when the booking was made we requested near the kids playroom, which understand why it is closed, we should have been advised and perhaps we may have gone elsewhere

Service was so bad, food was below average. The only thing we liked was the person sitting at the table before we went in, approachable and helpful. We will not be coming here again, was a waste of our money.

I always find the staff at the Keysie to be very friendly & efficient. There is a wide variety of food on the menu, and the portion sizes are huge !! The prices are also very reasonable.Highly recommend the Keysborough Hotel if you're looking for good quality, tasty food in an inviting environment.Thank you.

I ordered the eye filet steak and was pleased to find it arrived as ordered -rare. It's great to have a chef know how to cook a steak perfectly. Price was fair as the side serves are a good portion size. Highly recommend

Stayed here for two nights. Rooms are very clean and looks like they have been renovated recently as the furnishings all look new. Bathroom was really clean with no mould. Huge shower head was a really good feature. The only downside was that smoking was allowed outside the rooms which meant that if the neighbour smoked then we had to walk through it to get to our room and the smell was obvious coming into our room. Apart from that this is a good place to stay.

BEST lunch around! Quick friendly service. Relaxed atmosphere, Inside or outside seating . We enjoyed our family catch up at the keysbough very much.

Staff were wonderful, meals were delicious and great value. Warm relaxed atmosphere. We had the barramundi, the chicken burger and the calamari for lunch. It was so good that we can back for dinner! They even have strongbow sweet in the drink fridge
