Amazing stay! We had a group in the Hunter for a golf weekend and booked the entire top floor, and we could not be happier with our stay. The service from all the staff was outstanding, the beds are comfy, food is excellent and it's so close to everything in the Hunter. Especially liked the massive beer garden and verandah. We'll be back!

Amazing stay! We had a group in the Hunter for a golf weekend and booked the entire top floor, and we could not be happier with our stay. The service from all the staff was outstanding, the beds are comfy, food is excellent and it's so close to everything in the Hunter. Especially liked the massive beer garden and verandah. We'll be back!

Highly recommend! Such a great stay for a group weekend in the Hunter! The rooms are tidy and comfortable and it was perfect having everyone together. Whitey the publican was so accommodating and friendly and the food and service great. We will be back, thank you.

We had a lovely stay at the Khartoum hotel. Chris and his staff were very welcoming. The food was great and the beds very comfortable. Good value for money!

I stayed here with my partner. We are from Sydney.
This place has the fresh feel of a recently updated accomodation. Manager is friendly and not intrusive.
Things I enjoyed in my stay here was:
- The local charm of the place
- Cleanliness
- Has nice vibe
- FEELS like a hotel (In a good way)
- Checking out is nice - we didn't feel rushed.

Awesome new owners. Very good burger with the perfect amount of spice. Very friendly and the beer tastes like beer.
would give it 6 stars out of 5 if they end up putting a Sega Mega Drive in the kiddies play area.
