Came in on Sunday for food, drinks and a little play on the pokies. The food was to perfection and service was fantastic. I need to give a special shout-out to James from the bistro and Sandy from the bar. James gave amazing customer service taking my order and delivering it. Sandy definitely goes above and beyond for her customers. Very fast service and yet every time managed to either make me laugh or feel just a little bit special. Thank you for having such an amazing team, I will definitely return.

We're locals and regulars. Had the daily special (Snitty). Size and flavour were the normal great (great value too). Service of the food was a little slow tonight. Staff , as always were friendly and helpful.

Great rooms. Very comfortable and clean. Wonderful staff who always greet you with a smile. They all work so well together. Amazing food too. Especially the rump steak!

Came on a Thursday night and got the pale ale battered flathead, it was a great meal, everything cooked perfectly and tasted amazing! The service was incredible and all waiter were very kind and helpful! I would definitely recommend coming in for a lovely dinner.

We visited The Lakes Hotel based on the glowing reviews and their enticing Wednesday special ($17 rump steak). It truly lived up to the hype! The service was exceptionally friendly, and the prices were very reasonable. The Wednesday special was fantastic, and my son had the brisket pie, which was outstanding.

I recently visited The Lakes Hotel, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, making sure every detail of my visit was perfect. Their genuine care and professionalism created such a comfortable atmosphere.

The food was the true highlight, and I have to give special praise to Chef Mary for her incredible roast lamb. It was perfectly cooked, tender, and packed with flavor - easily one of the best meals I've ever had. You can tell that Chef Mary takes immense pride in her craft, and it shows in every bite.

The Lakes Hotel is a true gem, combining exceptional food, outstanding service, and a relaxing ambiance. I'll definitely be returning soon and recommending it to everyone I know!
