We visited Leigh Creek in October last year and had a wonderful time! The locals and staff were very friendly and welcoming. We had dinner at the tavern which had a friendly country vibe to it as soon as we entered. I had a chicken schnitzel with mushroom gravy for tea which was great. And well priced for the rural location @ $20 with topping only being an extra $1! Drinks were a good price as well. The outback resort side of things were also wonderful. Well priced for a 'self suffiecent' cabin that included kitchen features for $124. The amenities were tidy and the area was clean. The cabin was quietly located behind the tavern and we had a great sleep. Great place to stay if you are stopping in at Leigh Creek.

Just went tonight, Amazing food, better than most of Adelaide to be honest. Would 100% eat there again!! Thanls guys and great service !!!

More of a social hub than a tavern, great food, a huge portion, reasonably priced. Had a lovely time with my friends and family.

The restaurant is part of the accommodation at Leigh Creek, and it is a great shout for any meal for any time of the day. The meals were very reasonably priced and were good value considering how desolated this part of Australia is. The music is quite loud though, but the service was very nice.
