Attended Lochinvar Pub for dinner, as part of a surprise 21st dinner, and it was unfortunately a complete disappointment (other than of course being able to celebrate with someone we care about for their birthday).
From the moment we sat down in the private room that was reserved for the 21st, we had little bugs flying around us. These going into our drinks, flying into us, going all over the table (and even our food when it eventually appeared) - this was not ideal, but we tolerated it.
We had a decent amount of people with us, and knew the pub itself was busy, but a 1.5-2.5 hour wait for food is beyond a joke. We had a number of diabetics that needed their food at certain times, and even asked when ordering on the wait times so they could act accordingly. Maybe, MAYBE, the wait times could have been justified if the food that came out was amazing, but it was cold, dry and honestly McDonald's would have been better.
We ended up having cake before members of the party even had their dinner, despite us all ordering at around the same time. This even went as far as everyone having left when the birthday boy received his dinner - eating dinner with his parents after everyone had left because it was now that late.
Won't be rushing back anytime soon.
