The new publican is very rude, the food use to be fantastic and now I ordered a scotch fillet rare, well it came out very well done.
Wish I had not wasted my time trying to support a local that 12 months ago with the previous publican was fantastic.
If I could put zero stars I would.

Publican rude and not friendly at all , food takes forever to be served and ordinary, hit and miss with opening hours....

I know it's a cheap place, but it has Extremely small rooms, rude and unhelpful staff in the bar and rubbish all around the property. Also, one room had two mousetraps set complete with mouse droppings! Photos on their website don't reflect currently reality.

Great to see the ol' pub back in full swing! Heart of the town, meals are good, rooms good, hosts good, beer cold; what's not to like? Great job, fellas!
