To start I would like to mention I haven't eaten here, I myself am coeliac. However I was coming through and stopped at the rest stop across the way and accidentally drove off leaving my handbag on the roof of my car. As soon as I realised I gave them a call and on my way back through I popped in and they had found my handbag. I walked in to see a very friendly bunch of folk and I just wish to say that I don't know what the food is like, but rest assured that when you go try them out you can expect great service. 10/10 super friendly and looks like such a cosy pub, will definitely be back through for a feed at some point.

Good ol fashioned friendly publican service n bloody cold beer! Easy roadside access makes it convenient to call in for a coldie! Cheers!

A basic pub with new publicans. Clean and comfortable with good beverage choices. Awful looking menu so we didn't eat. Why? Everything was fried yellow/brown food. But definable well placed for a drink after train spotting at the spiral.

Amazing publicans, extra friendly and obliging. Food was really good and plentiful. Will go back for sure. Locals are super friendly people.

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT
Top notch tucker & icey cold beer, just as it should be.
The well kept pool table is a joy to play on and the roaring fire in the corner keeps the place warm and inviting during the colder months.

The new management and new chef are doing a fantastic job with this great little country pub.

The Chicken Parmigiana is awesome and well worth travelling for, it was huge no one will go hungry in this gem of a pub, that's for sure.

I am looking forward to trying the rest of the new menu.

Top notch pizzas.
Try the Red Special.
Make sure you get there early on Wednesday and Friday pizza nights.
