Great spot, found decent parking - only thing was the air con wasn't working well (had a private function on the top floor) and it got quite hot and humid. Otherwise food was solid and so was the service

Had the chicken parmi. Came here for AFL final and nice they had different vibes across the rooms.
Great to have this as my local pub

The atmosphere is warm and cozy, instantly making you feel at home. The staff was friendly and the food was delicious. It's the perfect spot to relax and unwind on a Sunday afternoon :)

There wasn't anything too stand out but I would have been happy to give this pub a better review if the service hadn't been awful. My food arrived an hour after I had ordered it. But more importantly, the female manager was incredibly rude, I had never met someone so rude in customer service. She was rude to my friend, making comments about what an inconvenience it was for her to change an order on the system because my friend wanted to add something to her order, she said "now I have to do it all over again", then my friend questioned the price of her order because she felt like she'd underpaid and wanted to do the right thing by bringing it to her attention. The manager was rude and sarcastic and said "I can charge you more if you'd like", I couldn't believe it. Later in the evening she walked past our table and I politely asked if it would be okay to take away my plate, as it was next to my dessert plate and there wasn't enough room in front of me to eat my dessert. I wasn't targeting her in particular, I was just waiting for the first worker that would pass our table. Instead of being nice and taking it away, she passive aggressively said "we have floor workers that are supposed to do that but whatever". I was so taken aback at how rude she was, the comment was unnecessary and it's not like I was being entitled. The fact is, no floor workers were coming to our table for a long time. I was nice all along, her behaviour towards me and others was unwarranted. Because of that one person I won't be coming back, nor will any of my friends. What a disappointing result.

We ate here on a Thursday night in the modern section of the venue.

I ordered the chicken snitzel and made it a parmi. Wow what a let down. The fries were cold, dry and underseasoned.

The parmi it's self was small in volume and didn't taste nice. Ate here a few times and it has been below average every attendance.

If you are after a drink come here as it seems a vibe, however I would recommend eating before attending.
