Went as a table of 5 plus a baby who required a high chair, we were placed directly where all the smoke from the smoking area comes straight in the door. The woman serving was absolutely lovely as she always is. The first 3 meals arrived, one was missing sauce which was pointed out to the waitress when she dropped them at the table. After everyone who got their meals at the table were almost finished their meal, I decided to ask for a refund as myself and partner had still not received our meals despite ordering at the same time as the others, and the garlic sauce which was mentioned to the server had still not arrived. On top of this, multiple customers from the smoking area were holding the door wide open which was blowing cigarette smoke directly at us and our 10 month old. Upon asking for a refund, the chef came out and got quite close to me and because aggressive asking "do you not understand how long a medium steak takes to cook", which I do understand quite well, but I also know, as someone who has a background in hospitality, you don't send out half the meals and leave people waiting long enough for the people with meals to finish them before sending the others out. The woman who served us originally and took orders was super understanding and lovely. Meanwhile, said chef who had confronted me decided to walk over to the bar side of the building and talk to patrons and point me out which is extremely unprofessional to be gossiping about a customer because you don't like that they were unsatisfied with your poor service and lack of professionalism. Absolutely disgusted with the service from the chef, but again the server who took our order was absolutely lovely, would not return.
