Luton Lane Wine Bar

This little wine bar is exceptional - a hidden gem with the kindest staff! Really appreciated the whip up of an off the menu dessert when I was having the worst day and it paired so well with the delicious wine. Made my week and really cheered me up - the epitome of what hospitality is about!

We visited this lovely little wine bar on a Thursday night and found it was buzzing with people having drinks and snacks. The staff were lovely. I started with a delicious pisco sour and then ordered some meals from their selection of tapas. The roasted pumpkin and potato croquettes were delicious. Unfortunately the calamari was overly salty and the baked Brie was a disappointment. The menu said it came with a baguette which we expected to be fresh and soft but were toasted pieces of bread that were burnt and super salty. I'd still go back, I just wouldn't order those dishes again.

What a great find down a quiet alley in hawthorn. We were shown our tables promptly and the food and wines were quickly served by our polite waiter. The wine list by the glass was good, but not extensive - even so, each wine was very approachable and easy drinking. Food was tasty and reasonable sizing for a grazing plates. Uncover area is well appointed and pet friendly ;)

Lovely intimate little wine bar just off Glenferrie Rd. Great selection of tapas style nibbles to graze on while enjoying a wide selection of drinks.

The service was above and beyond. We were offered complimentary drinks when we were waiting a bit longer for a dish we ordered, and after stupidly leaving my sunglasses behind, the owner dropped them off to me the next day personally.
