Majestic Roof Garden Hotel - Pub in Adelaide South Australia

It is a lovely modern hotel in a superb central location. The staff at Reception were particularly helpful and charming when I had a slightly awkward request.

In a good location, with plenty of cafes and restaurants near by. We booked very late and got a great price. The rooms are clean, comfortable and enough space to move around with 2 people. The rooms on the Frome St side get quite a bit of light from the street, however the curtains can block it out if closed. The staff were courteous and efficient.

Good business hotel with clean and spacious rooms. Windows open to a small balcony. The city is dead at night, so I could sleep with an open window even though my room faced the street. Free parking after 6pm in the streets around the hotel. The restaurant is only open for dinner from Thursdays. Didn't sample the breakfast but the coffee is good. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I got a good rate for my stay, their rack rate is very high though. Booking direct through their website seems the best option.

I stayed here for 3 nights on a trip to Adelaide in room 614. This hotel in only a short walk from the nearest bus stop, a few blocks away from Rundel Mall, quite a few burger joints nearby and a 15 minute walk to the Zoo. Staff here are friendly. Very quiet hotel, only saw a few other guests during my stay. Found the room amazing. The room smelled of Rose Talcum Powder, so lovely. Great quality bed and a hotel with good pillows. Smart TV with Netflix, great bath with a view of the TV, no traffic noise (only noise of other guests when walking past the room). The shower was large, so If you're a tall person, you'll be right.

The only negative, I was lucky to get a good deal for 3 nights. However, If you had to pay the full price, would be quite more expensive than some of the hotels in the area.

I would be interested in staying here next year for the beach volleyball world championships.

The rooms are ok, the location is great lots of restaurants around but the service 1 star. The people serving the breakfast are so slow. Its not just a one time thing. They take 15-30mins to just make a couple of coffees even when the restaurant is empty and not busy. It's like they don't want to be there. Breakfast is very underwhelming generally.
Getting connected to the internet on the tv took so much effort. 5 different people came and finally got it working. Incompetent staff generally.
