Mallacoota Hotel Motel - Pub in Mallacoota Victoria

Lovely staff. Very pricy rooms and food. Meal was tasty. Refurbishing in room poorly done. Once again very expensive for what it is.

Well presented rooms, bed could be better tended to roll towards middle a bit, shower was awesome, Breakfast in a box first night is a great idea, has all you could want...Just off has some doors and light switches are low yet others are high...our door in room 8 didn't seem that secure, at a guess at some stage I'd say pushed or kicked in, just the way it looked...having a door out the pool side was great also...just not the weather for the pool....
Dining part, awesome, very roomy, and great beer garden...Only thing please remove that grotty horrible plastic shield where we order meals, not only is it a turn off it makes staff look ridiculous., CONVID has been and gone, so no idea what you think it does for you...as you walk away amongst the staff and customers.... I ordered steak, but as garlic butter was an option on menu I asked and got it...sorry butter and fresh garlic just done there and then DIESNT work...the garlic needs time to work itself in...also mashed potato is just that mashed... NO lumps...
I will say tho the pork spare ribs hubby had were delicious....
In a great spot to walk to shops, cafe just before boat ramp, awesome view all around...

We had a lovely, but brief stay. The friendly service, retro rooms facing the gorgeous swimming pool, great food and proximity to waterfront ...will definately be a return visit! The only thing that was unexpected was the distance to get there along a winding narrow road, from the main highway. Definitely plan a longer stay here!

Charming Stay with Wonderful Service and Delicious Food!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mallacoota Hotel Motel, and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The room was impeccably clean and had a fresh scent that was quite inviting.

One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary breakfast box provided on the first night - a thoughtful touch that added to the overall charm of the place. Additionally, I had the pleasure of dining at the bistro next door, where I ordered the T-bone steak with crumbed prawn cutlets. The presentation was impeccable, and the flavors were delightful. While the steak was a tad tough, it was still tasty, and considering it was a special, it was fairly priced.

Also walking distance to a beautiful lake view which was break taking at sunset.

Overall, my experience at Mallacoota Hotel Motel was fantastic, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and welcoming place to stay in the area. I'll definitely be returning on my next visit to Mallacoota!
