Marble Bar

Probably the most beautiful bar in Sydney.
This bar is situated right underneath Hilton, easy to access.
The staffs are friendly, cheerful and extremely accommodating to our request.

The most disappointing experience. I'd been told it was really good, but when I arrived, there wasn't a single menu (or even a QR code). After a while, we ended up looking it up online. They promote cocktails with Smirnoff in the "exclusive cocktails section" ??" the cheapest vodka on the market. I ordered one drink with gin (the "3 Sisters"), and it was basically pineapple juice. Then I went for a lychee martini (even though a woman next to me told me hers was undrinkable, I decided to give it a try anyway). After seeing that they served soft drinks from a gun instead of cans or bottles, I knew I had to order something more than a simple gin & tonic. Big mistake, undrinkable, tasted like straight lemon juice. The service wasn't great either, and I'd give the food a 2. I went expecting to find a place I'd want to come back to, but it deserves just a 1-star review.

Marble Bar is an absolute gem in Sydney. The atmosphere is stunning,elegant, historic, and full of character.
The cocktails are top-notch, crafted with attention to detail, and the service is professional yet welcoming. Perfect place for a classy night out with great drinks and a unique vibe. Highly recommended.

Came here to celebrate some birthdays. It was too crowded on our first visit, so we decided to come back another night. Unfortunately, the bartender wasn't very friendly, which almost had us heading out early. Thankfully, the server in the photo turned things around with their great service and really helped salvage the experience. Definitely try the lychee cocktail ??" it's a must!

Situated downstairs at the Hilton, walking into the Marble Bar is like walking back in time. It is just stunning and has the most beautiful artwork. They do have live music and djs on certain nights. Perfect for catching up with friends but it can get a tad noisy. It really is a must go to if in the city especially if you are in the mood for cocktails.
