Marion Bay Tavern - Clubs and Pubs in Marion Bay South Australia

We visited the tavern for lunch based on the fact that TripAdvisor listed it as one of the must see things in Marion Bay. However the food was terrible. I had the seafood basket which was so overcooked. For 40 dollars I would expect to get some fresh seafood which is not fried beyond recognition. In addition the waiter initially delivered the wrong meals to our table. I might understand it if they were busy but this was not the case. I would never recommend this place to anyone

Carol3 Na Letitia knocked us out with incredible service, mind blowing food and an intimate and comfortable atmosphere. King George whiting, squid and cheesecake for the win!!! Thankyou for having us!!!

The restaurant takes a hell lot of time to serve food
Almost took an hour to serve the foood. Not really a way to treat customers. Other tables were served food quicker even though they ordered food much later.

On our way back from Innes stopped by for a very late lunch. Luckily 3 pm they had pizzas on the menu. Ordered the lamb, marion bay and meat lovers pizza. Pizzas were woodfired and loaded with a hunger level of nearly 8 we could barely get through all of them but just due to the generosity of the toppings. No complaints at all. Packed the left overs and thoroughly enjoyed the left overs the same evening 😅. Definitely coming back agin on our next visit. The venue is very clean and the location is absolutely stunning overlooking the ocean. Very friendly lady who cooked and served us.

Went here for pizzas and beers. We were very impressed with the pizzas, they had a generous amount of toppings and thin base. All the toppings were fresh and tasty.

Great range of beers and drinks and nice seating areas inside.
