Went here for some good ole pub grub with a great view of the harbor, in the end just walked away. The barman seemed really put out that he had to serve us. We went around to the bar with the view and he just ignored us, had to walk around to the front bar to get served. Hopeless, considering there was only 3 people in the whole hotel at lunchtime. We asked about a counter lunch, he said 'what?' asked him 3 times, all we got was 'what?' we changed the question to one word 'food?' he made a grunt sound while indicating a sign saying Bistro. It wasn't what I'd call a bistro, it was a storage room full of old 'stuff', with a cooking area at the other end. No view unless you are into storage areas. We felt sorry for barman actually, he was wearing a filthy old singlet and looked unkept. We discussed buying him some proper bar tenders clothes, maybe get him a hair cut, possibly shoes? However in typical Ozzie style we voted with our feet until the place lifts it's game. So sad.
