Marong Family Hotel - Pub in Marong Victoria

We had a large booking for dinner last night.
We were sat quickly and our server was super lovely; we wrote out our meals down as we had heaps of different meals to order.

Meals came quickly, serving sizes were generous and everyone who chose the meals with lamb were super impressed with them!

The lamb shank was absolutely delicious & the burrito bowl too.

Nothing was too much trouble for us when asked.

Would highly recommend!

If you love lamb - this place is a must visit!
We stopped in here a couple of weeks back when they had the Lamb Cutlets on special. After checking out their full menu (including a full page of lamb dishes) we decided on the Lamb Cutlets and we were so glad that we did! Absolutely delicious to the point where you want to clean the bones. The dishes were a really decent size too so it was definitely value for money.
Loved the vibe here. Great pub with really friendly staff. We'll be back.

This was probably the best pub feed I've ever had. I want to steal the chef and take them with me everywhere. Extensive menu. My son said it was the best Parma ever, and he'd know it's what he always has. The lamb (home grown) was amazing ??'?. Well done.

The Marong family hotel is a great place for a meal and drinks, they have plenty of space and were very accommodating with getting us in to a comfortable spot for the wheelchair close but not to close to the open fireplace with a simple access to the accessible loo.
Parking out the front for our wheelchair accessible car made a big difference, keeping you nice and close to the access.
The food was very nice please make a point of getting the cheese n mustard bread it was one of the Best I have had without making it myself soft and crunchy with tasty cheese loaded on top. A big plus also is they have a couple of vegan options beyond just chips and boiled veggies unlike many places.
There are many options on the menu with a big focus on lamb.
Over all a wonderful place to visit just take care at the intersection out front.

Visited the MFH on Sunday and I think this place is brilliant. Food was great, staff super friendly and helpful, live music (the tunes were excellent) and the venue itself had heaps of character (incl fireplace) which we love. Price of meals is the most reasonable I have seen for a long time. Thanks for such a great afternoon.
