Nice dim atmosphere, cool chill vibes and nice drinks

It was my first time there , but I know a few people are musicians, filming with a 360 camera and a Dolby sound recorder a few bands playing. Lovely place with great potential, with a good bunch of patrons. Some bead apples with a great ego love to control the place. I will not put my foot there ever again .

Been several times now , l mostly like the decor , it has a great range of drinks and the staff are fantastic. The only down side is that it is not set up for live bands. With such a narrow venue a stage would help the people beyond the first few rows to see the performers. The PA and lighting could be hung from the rafters to create some more space . P.S the old world hanging lights need raising up too , it makes the place seem smaller. Just my opinion but that's ok.

Had a nice Hot Toddy on a cold night. Nice Tunes.. Joy Division, Hamonia, Kraftwerk, and a great atmosphere.

Medusa is a little laneway dive bar tucked away down the back of an alley in Geelong. It has that typical 'divey flair' but with subtle elegant touches, taking me back to my early 20's... with a little more class. 🙊

From the same faces of @valhalla_taproom this hidden gem has a great craft beer selection and a quality over quantity cocktail list. Spinning the lazy Susan's come 9pm on the weekends, I can see this dive being popular amongst the locals. I'd like to visit again and test my theory as I dropped in as soon as they opened on a Friday - early enough to say most people with a conscience would still be at work and unfortunately, for this reason, I did not get to experience the hype.

Medusa is also the home of @lowercasepoetry where you can express your inner most elements of who you are through words. They also hold Film Night, showcasing classics and offer free popcorn with any drink.
