Unreliable and Ignored - Double Charge Nightmare!
I had a meal at The Mighty Hunter Valley on July 8. At the end of the meal, they charged me for my bill, fair enough. But the real nightmare began when I saw my bank statement a week later - they charged me AGAIN for the exact same amount ($152.95)! Talk about déjà vu gone wrong!
Feeling concerned and a little annoyed, I immediately reached out to them on July 15, explaining the double charge issue. They assured me they would "investigate" the matter. Well, that was the last time I heard from them!
Since then, I've sent them several emails, but it's like talking to a brick wall. No response, no apology, nothing! It's hard to believe this is how they treat their customers.
I'm not asking for the moon, just a simple acknowledgment and a refund for the duplicate charge. But apparently, that's too much to expect from The Mighty Hunter Valley.
At this point, I'm not only disappointed but also seriously frustrated. I've never experienced such terrible customer service in my life.
If you value your time and money, steer clear of this place. The lack of communication and accountability is simply unacceptable.
