Never used the rooms but my daughter and I eat here almost every week and it's all because of Vicki. I cannot speak highly enough about her! My fish was overcooked a couple of times and Vicki found out I wasn't happy and sent it back for me. On subsequent visits she made sure it never happened again by making a note on the order for the chef so our food is always excellent now! She found out exactly how we like our drinks and always makes sure they are perfect too even if she doesn't make them herself! I hope management looks after Vicki because staff who care, and go the extra mile like she does, are rare these days!

The bistro area has been halved so it is now so small. Service for drinks was slow when ordering online via the qr code. Food service was extremely slow and meals didn't come out together.
Serving sizes a little on the small side but taste of food was nice.
All in all the service let the night down.

Had Dinner tonight at the Bistro. We both ordered the schnitzel that was burnt and overcooked. Chips and salad were okay and gravy was sweet and too thick. Went to the men's bathroom and both cubicles were disgusting, one was blocked. The floors in front of the urinal looked like they hadn't been clean for days. I haven't seen worse even at the MCG.
Very disappointed as our first time here.

Came to this location today in the afternoon and received the best service from Isabella! So friendly, thoughtful and interactions with her were amazing.
The food was an added bonus.

Porterhouse steak was quite nice, cooked a little unevenly. Half as requested, medium rare, but the other half a little over done. Chips and vegetables lovely. All up, a little expensive at $42. But will try again ...

Great place to base ourselves when doing a few attractions in the city. Plenty parking for large vehicles. Quiet and very clean rooms. Super reasonable prices. Yummy meals in the bistro. Bus right outside to the city. Will definitely stay again when in Melbourne.

Came here couple of times always got a nice and warming atmosphere. Great service by staff. Always had a mouth watering meal. If there is more stars i can give i would give that.

As a regular customer, I'd love to recommend Millers Inn to all ages. Their menu has something for everyone, their senior meals down to their kids meals always appeals to my entire family. It's always a pleasure to be greeted by the staff, especially Deepak, Pam and Bella, they're always friendly and polite. The staff go out of their way to accommodate our requests and nothing is too much or too hard for them. Thank you for always making it a pleasure to dine here.

Came here with family. Had chicken snitz, parmigiana and the grilled chicken with veggies.(my mash was tasteless) All was nice but the veggies were just abit over cooked for our liking and noticed serving of chips were small. Over all we enjoyed it but the best part was the pavlova. Really nice.

Vicki at the miller's inn was absolutely fantastic. Her service was unbelievably genuine and she had a great sense of humor, which was a boon for the business. As for the food, Vicki recommended the lamb cutlets, and they were absolutely amazing. Thank you!

I have been a number of times, so I thought It would be about time of a worthy review. Food is nice it has a similar vibe to pub/Bistro menus but i think alot classier, I have never had a meal here that I haven't enjoyed, it's reasonably priced and atmosphere is quite calm and relaxing, service was good, very easy to order and sit and enjoy a meal and drinks with friends and family. I rate it. Will continue to come back.

The rooms were perfect..we came over for a weekend getaway and had a great time ....the food and service were excellent down in the bistro. My wife was even offered a free coffee by the beautiful lady in bistro..Highly recommend

What a difference a month makes. Went again with friends on Saturday night.4 senior meals ordered 3 arrived at a reasonable rate, then I waited and waited for mine, I went up and complained when my husband and friends had nearly finished their meals. The severed tried to sort it out and comp my meal but had to confirm with the manager. Nope no comp meal but a free dessert. So I gave it to my friend but it had to be a seniors dessert. I was then asked if I still wanted my meal. Hello yes I'm still hungry and I'm a DIABETIC. Not Happy obviously my meal was given to another customer

I stayed for a night. Work trip. The staff were simply amazing. I wish I could remember the lady's name to thank her for her first class assistance. Very happy with the service. And those hanging lights are a nice surprise. Loved it. I didn't stay long enough to try the bar or restaurant.

Very nice and modern looking pub, close by to reading cinema which also makes it a nice spot to visit for something to eat before or after a movie! Staff are very friendly and professional, came in for dinner and were greeted and seated within a few moments. Food was also delicious, and they have a nice range of cocktails.

Came here for lunch and the place was clean and not too busy. We got a table without booking and staff were very friendly. The food came out fairly quick and was hot when it arrived. Nice place to come for a meal

Food was as good as to be expected from a pub run by ALH. The QR code ordering system is lackluster at best, misses half your order. Was lucky to get a good service person who helped us out with a proper old school menu. Many thanks to Vicki, please take this as compliment, for an old duck you run rings around your younger staff members
who seemed more interested in chatting amongst them selves than actually serving the patrons.

My mum and dad stay at the millers in every time they come and visit us and absolutely love it. They stayed there the weekend just gone and couldn't thank the staff enough! Shout out to Jim and "the lady behind the bar" who helped her get back to her room. It's nice to know they care about the people who visit.

We were very pleasantly surprised to find such a high quality restaurant open in the holiday period. Most other places were closed but Millers Inn was open and delivering 5 star meals! Great value for money.

Well over priced for what you receive, quality of food well below average, meal portion was tiny (super tiny), chicken (lack of it) was so far over cooked, dry and tough as leather. Really small bowl of salad which was a joke
Drinks are fair pricedand good selection.
However I left hungry (I'm 60kg), disappointed and for close to $60 for (tiny) meal and two beers, I won't be back

Lovely hotel and ideal location.
Well presented, clean and secure accommodation, modern amenities and everything you would need from a hotel room amenities. Sound proofing to external noise (bar and road noise) was excellent.

Have provided feedback to the hotel, the only downside was a banging noise all night in the roof of my room. Unable to be moved as the hotel was fully booked (understandable)

the food is great and fairly priced. The waiters are friendly and efficient. Great work Pam and Izzy!

Moved around the corner 6 months ago and finally ventured in for a Sunday night meal. Very pleasantly surprised by the decor, menu and service. Nice menu and the battered fish and chips were crisp and tasty with a nice little salad and tartare sauce. Good value drinks too!

Room was great nice and clean, got everything in room and free 3 spring water bottles that fantastic and friendly staff service but So noisy whole night from something knocking, tapping, cracking from the wall or ceiling that make me couldn't sleep at all and have to used tissue to plug my ears to get some sleep.

It was a last minute discussion to stay in Melbourne and I arrived 11:00pm. Staff were great and whole process was easy. Room was clean and modern. Very pleased

Decent local pub with pretty standard meals. Steak sandwich was great. Nice toppings. Chicken Parma was ok, but the salad could've done with a bit more dressing. Fast and friendly service and obviously popular with locals.

Great dinner out on a Saturday. Wasn't too crowded, so I think we stayed longer than the allocated 1.5 hours. Chicken Parma was nice, but the salad was a bit bland. Steak sandwich was really nice with good toppings. Kid's chicken nuggets standard. Garlic Bread had about six pieces in total.

A good place to catch up with friends and enjoy a good meal. Staff are friendly and welcoming and are vigilant about all customers using the QR codes which are placed around the establishment.

Excellent place to stay at. Very clean and modern rooms. Great meals at the same venue. I recommend Millers Inn for anyone to stay at. Great value for the cost they charge. I will be a return visitor for sure.

A lovely hotel, which has had a modern facelift. Bistro meals are delicious, served by friendly staff. A great spot to stay for our midweek getaway.

Had a birthday lunch today in the bistro, I have eaten here a handful of times & the food was always good but today wow it was literally 5/5?. I had the slow cooked beef pie & my wife had the salmon from the specials board & we where very happy with our choices. Will definitely be back to get that pie very soon ? also had a waitress named Pamela who was really friendly & nice, keep the great work Millers Inn

Was in Lara over the weekend with my girlfriend and we stopped by Millers for some lunch.

The location is fantastic, has a beautiful park just behind the cafe, the customer service was fantastic and we loved the fact that instead of a physical menu, they had a QR code to scan to bring up the menu on your phone.

The service was quick and the food was delicious. Even the other patrons were very friendly.

Only slightly disappointed that dessert was only avalible during dinner hours.

My family of three generations have been dinning here for the past 30 years. Millers inn is our local venue and we have always supported it.
Unfortunately now we have decided not to return, In the past couple years we have found staff can be rude at times and the food has gone down hill. This place once had two big chefs that provided top quality food every time, for over 20 years, but we can no longer say that to our friends, because nearly every time there is a issue. Either the food is cold, dry and reheated or really oily, although the food generally presents well the taste is less than desirable. We wish you well and hope miller's inn can once regain its good name,
But for now we will be exploring other venues
