Milton Hotel - Pub in Milton New South Wales

Amazing food BUT it took over 50 mins for our meal to arrive. Another table arrived after us and received their food much earlier, not sure what happened with the prioritisation but there was definitely an issue. Fish came raw and had to be redone. Our waitress was understanding and very apologetic but another blonde lady was incredibly rude and dismissive. The fish then took another 30 mins to arrive. Pity the kitchen was so slow, food was amazing but I will not come back and sit for literally hours and get swarmed by flies during a clearly not busy part of the day.

Great food and vibes here for a relaxing dinner. We were stoked to get a window seat at late notice and loved the view. Plenty of good gear to choose from on the menu and awesome beers! Thanks guys and congrats on a great restaurant

The food was really good but not quite sure if it matched the pricing. The beers and cocktails were great. The vibes are cool and the view on the balcony is great. I agree with what others have said that there needs to be a better system when entering. There were no reservation signs on any tables and noone welcoming or greeting us upon entry. We had a booking but weren't quite sure where to go so sat on a table to be told it was booked. That's fine and understandable and we were seated in another nice area it's just a bit confusing when walking into an empty place but feeling not welcome. We did have a great time though!

BBQ cabbage is to die for. Please try! Flat bread was very different I'd definitely recommend. We had Rump steak, Prawns, Short rib for main and all were amazing. They must be using good quality meats. You could really see the marbling in cut rumps. So well balanced fat & flesh. I'd be recommending this place to everyone who's visiting this area! Love love love!

Don't let the casual atmosphere of this pub fool you.. the food is absolutely extraordinary!!!
We shared the flatbreads, prawns, pork chop and beef short rib, all beautifully kissed by the wood fire... the food quality well exceeded expectations, it would be at home it a fine dining restaurant 3 times the price!
A few Dangerous beers and nice little interesting wine list, very friendly and helpful staff made it a delightful experience.
My only critique is that you need some bread to mop up all those wonderful sauces.
Put it on your "must do" list... we will be back!
