Stayed one night typical motel rooms clean and ok food at dinner but the place is well located for exploring the surrounding many attractions.

My dad stayed there overnight and he told me that this place was an absolute God send!!! Helen and the team were not only extremely friendly but went above and beyond to help him!! I highly recommend stopping by and trying out something from the menu too (dad raved about the food). Thank you so much guys (^-^)/

Stayed here for 3 nights as was central to what we wanted to do and see in the area. Very pleasantly surprised, the rooms were super comfy (best shower ever) Helen our host was so nice as were all her staff. The food... what can I say absolutely huge serves ...typical country feeds.... And really delicious. It's a quiet little town, but that's how we like it. Would recommend to anyone and everyone

Beautiful country motel / hotel. Great atmosphere in the bar, with a lovely warm fire and the locals so very friendly. Definitely worth the sleepover.

This was an oasis in the dessert for us.
We stayed in the small hotel-it's dated,but the shower was super warm, and the beds were comfy. It was not squeaky clean, but it was fine.
Meals at the hotel were good, but the menu was very limited.
Overall, it was a nice place to stay and the staff were really friendly.

What a great overnight stop! Quiet and away from the freeway and the service was warm and welcoming! The pub food was good and the beer was cold :) Would recommend a stay!

Super friendly staff, a great place to stay and get a solid supper. Salad bar included with supper in there large dining area and bar. The rooms were clean, abit dated but well kept. We were treated well.

Great place to stay. We always return here when travelling. Reasonable priced, comfy rooms. Great pub meals. Great service. Nice quiet town. All round great stopover or longer if you want.

What a great place to stay its off the hwy so very quiet. Clean & tidy. Meals were fabulous. Publican very friendly and welcoming. We definitely have found a little gem of a pub here and will stay on our next trip across Australia in a few months.

Great Pub with great food and friendly staff and the locals are great for a chat and a laugh. Nice clean quiet rooms very well priced. Highly recommend staying here. Also have powered and un powered sites. Will definitely be coming back when we get our motorhome going.

Even though the hotel itself was closed the owners still made us an amazing pizza for dinner and we're more than hospitable for us and our two large dogs. Honestly a diamond in the rough!

Helen the proprietor is helpful, efficient and funny. The food is old school, generous and tasty. The beer is as cold as your ex's heart. The locals are laid on entertainment. What a great country pub.

Stayed for 2 nights on a powered site staff were friendly and helpful and we had a meal at the pub husband streak was cooked to perfection and my chicken Smitty was gorgeous thanks so much we will def be back ??'?

What a treat. This is country at its best. No fuss, no frills but generous food and lovely locals at the bar. Stop in and help out the town. We will be back for sure.

Not up to scratch at all. New owners been there for a week. There for two days & room not cleaned at all & beds not made on second day. On second evening, Hotel wide open, all lights on in bar & dining room. No staff present at all. Meal was 2hrs late coming & wasn't well presented. Would not recommend at all as an over night stay or longer.

Very friendly staff, an excellent feed, great service, a hot shower and a toasty warm bed after a long day on the road is exactly what I found at this hotel.

Great meal and hosts. Friendly locals at the bar. Really lovely pub with lots of interesting things on the walls. Accommodation is excellent. I'll stay again. Possibility of parking a van around the back.

Your hosts at the Minnipa hotel, Eric and Margaret are great conversationalists and if you want to know anything about the area they are only to happy to oblige. The rooms are the cleanest on the Eyre highway. Service A1 great food. The leather shop on the corner definitely worth a visit. You might have to knock on the door. The quality of the hand tooled items is amazing, the prices for such items are humbling. You won't be disappointed with an overnight stay here

We had a nice meal there. After visiting granite outcrops all day, found a polished piece in the hotel.

Beautiful cold beer and the meals are fantastic.
Accommodation is clean and very comfortable.
Sit back and have a good chat with the lovely couple that own the hotel.
Really enjoyed staying here, would recommend this hotel to all.

In the true tradition of country hotel Minnapa is amoung the best. Comfortable accommodation and value for money meals. Perfectly situated for day trips into the spritual Gawler Ranges. Rick and Margaret great hosts. Regards to Ray and Sam in the front bar.

Great old facade. Could not tell if it was open or closed like the rest of town at Saturday midday.

Great little stop for petrol, nearby toilet and playground for a nice driving break

Ok for a quick rest to break the journey up.

Fantastic value for money. Huge plate of food for dinner and very tasty. Lovely owners. Would highly recommend.
