Came here for dinner and breakfast as guests at The Pullman Sydney Airport. Food was pretty good, but got the feeling that they are trying to be a little ambitious with their dinner menu in particular. The Seafood Chowder was much more like a pie than a soup, and the Chocolate Mint Parfait had a really thick, heavy, super-rich coating on it that made it far too much to handle at the end of a meal. That said, the Oysters, Duck and Steak dishes were fine without being "super wowed" by them. Some extra dishes at breakfast (such as Congee) to cater for the Asian market would be appreciated. Finally, Dean during dinner and Matt at breakfast were stand outs in terms of service - lovely people with great attitudes. If you use your Accor Plus dining discount here it makes the value for money factor pretty good.
