Well, well, well, looks like the restaurant has gone through some changes since my last visit. It's now an Irish pub that serves kidney beans? Color me intrigued. But before I get ahead of myself, let me just say one thing: the wheelchair accessibility is on point. My grandma, who's a bit of a daredevil in her wheelchair, was able to navigate the place with ease. Kudos to the pub for that. Now, onto the kidney beans. I have to admit, I was a bit skeptical at first. I mean, kidney beans at an Irish pub? But let me tell you, these beans were the real deal. They were cooked to perfection and had just the right amount of seasoning. I may have even gone back for seconds... and thirds. But let's not forget about the pub aspect of this joint. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, with Irish music playing in the background and friendly staff who were more than happy to chat. I even got to try a few of their beers,

Great service from the moment we walked into the bar, ventured into the back for meals and once again great service. Meals were very good, enjoyed all we ordered. Little kids running through the place screaming was a put off but I guess the parents dont care about others dining out.
Not what I expected in an irish bar, apart from that, all good. Totally recommend coming here.
Leave your kids at home or think about others around you!

Amazingly generous proportion size! I can't tell you how full I felt at the end. So nice to have Kilkenny on tap, as it is best that way. I had the pork ribs which were succulent. So many nice items on the menu that I am sure to come again. Engaging wait staff who cared

The pub is very well managed! Excellent seating services, fantastic food variety and food of the day!
Food is excellent, hot food, well deep fried fish and chips, desserts are warm and just sweet enough!
All staff are super friendly and good service! I will highly recommend to anyone with family's or friends to enjoy some good pub food!

Went for lunch. Took ages for service and to be even seated. Not busy at all.
Parmigiana was overcooked/burnt.

Roast of the day advertised chicken which hubby ordered but got roast pork. Maybe change specials board.

Killed a cochroach while waiting for meals.

Won't be back

The stars are for the food, which I guess is the main thing. The food is very good. The mousse was top. There's a good variety on the menu and prices are very reasonable.

Stars off for the service though... It took more than half an hour after we were seated until someone came to take our order. We went up to the counter to try and order and were abruptly told it is table service only and that someone would be with us shortly... Not so as we were waiting another 15 minutes after that!

Inside the dining area is pretty dim and gloomy, and there were soooo many flies flying about the lights. I know it's summer but there were at least as many flies as patrons...

But the food was yummy. Just as well!

We went here for dinner on the last day of our holiday, the food was excellent and staff were great. Will definitely go back next time I'm down there.

If you're happy to be ignored by surly bar staff, this is the place for you. First I was ignored for 5 minutes, then told wiping down the bar was more important than me. I very rarely write reviews, but this is the worst service I've had for years. Wine list was woeful. Food was below average.

Omg holly moly. Your food is quack tastic. The servers are so nice giving me a drink when I need it. I would love to hire you but I don't own a restaurant. The band was so gob firing. I didn't watch it but it was good. I love eating at your restaurant I want to come back. But I was up there for a few days. I recommend for all that come here. Have a Bhutan day. Thank you for your amazing Neptune service.

PS I'm will come back in the future.

I had pork ribs twice cook. Fat was sloppy. My gust was boiled. then grilled to get cracking. Don't get this dish. Wife had Prawn parcel. Not cooked right. I was wondering if a new chief. We will not rush back there again.

Nice big pub! Guiness in my opinion isn't great which is a bit disappointing because there is nowhere else local to get guineas on draft? Food is nice typical pub grub menu.

The staff are fabulous ??'? ??'?

Went there after not been back for about 8 months .. left underwhelmed not really liking to be the one who whinged but very ordinary meal for the price .. Parmi is so dry and blend the veg is cold the mashed potato is hard and dry ...Pub loaf is cold..
calamari is tasteless and service is so slow waited 45 minutes for order to be taken so had to go and ask one of the girl at the bar to take our order. A Lil bit depressing :(

I ordered the roast of the day (pork)
When it arrived at our table, the pork was flavoursome but cold, half of the crackling was like a rubber band. The veggies were still raw ! My husband ordered a steak. The steak was cooked to his liking, but again, the entire meal was cold, and veggies were raw.
When we bought it to the attention of the manager, she said another customer had said the same earlier in the lunchtime service. The meals had been sitting on the pass long enough for the meat to go cold.
To our surprise, the manager gave us a discount and a complimentary desert. She also apologised profusely.

We went there for a meal only and the quality was OK but the serving sizes were excellent and it is good value for money as well. Service was very good though and staff were polite. Would be happy to return here for sure.

Food was first class. Hubby ordered his steak rare & it was. I had crispy pork belly & it was delicious & crispy! Portion sizes were good. More Tassie wines available would have been good.

Food was good except that waitresses said that the 'chef' won't change things on menu.
Eg no wedges so wouldn't put loaded wedges topper on fries.
Just small things but put me off going there again.

Well the service and atmosphere is excellent. The food an't as good.
Steak sandwich was made with Turkish bread instead of normal bread. Not the end of world but it's not really a steak sandwich.
Overall great pub.

Meals were generous, hot, very tasty, fresh vegetables, thanks Chefs.
3 waitstaff, awesome job, so friendly and attentive. Best service by far since landing here a week ago. I would recommend this place for a meal.

What an extreme disappointment :(
My husband chose the $40 seafood platter . 6 cocktail prawns suspend of a bowl of thin tasteless seafood sauce , a piece of prepackaged battered barramundi a small handful of over cooked crumbed seafood package again and a scattering of chips with a small bowl of chopped up salad .
I myself chose the Irish Stew , and to be honest Pattie himself would be disgusted. It was presented with a small spoonful of lumpy potato hidden under a warm roll. As for the stew it was undercooked as the root vegetables were hard and inedible .
Not to mention we was in a quite booth section, when another loud and rough group was seated near us and we was entertained with vulgarity our entire meal. There was quite a lot of spare tables in the main areas they could have been seated but the waitress selected us to enjoy their company. All in all easy to say I will never be returning to a once reasonable establishment. I would not even rate them with a 1star .

Sunday 2 course special was fantastic value and taste. Generous servings great chicken and roast vegetables cooked to near perfection. All the staff we dealt with were very kind, obliging and courteous. There was a friendly open and upbeat atmosphere.

Rude staff with disgusting attitude.
Empty restaurant yet waitress seemed unimpressed that we didn't have a reservation (on a Monday)

Asking about menu items seemed like a huge inconvenience to her so we let her know her attitude stank and all of a sudden, she had manners and was polite. Funny that.

Wouldn't know if the food was worthwhile as we left without eating. No wonder the place was empty.

Would recommend Prems around the corner instead, where the staff greet you like a person.

I just can't seem t get excited about Molly's. The meals are a bit hit and miss. Prices are up there - for a few $$ more you could ramp your dining experience up and eat at local restaurants.

The meals did come out quick, which was a bonus, given we had two toddlers with us. Roast pork was eatable, but not the greatest, other meals were as expected.

With he adaptions to the new COVID way of life, they did offer a table service or sorts, which was nothing short of amazing - very attentive and accommodating. three stars for the service.
