Never go there again kicked out for winning at pokies told thay ant going to pay me neaver did nothing wrong but win wen got told there not going to pay me by there new worker and then by toney thay have no write doing that or telling e what to do with my winnings then to be kicked out over nouthing is so wrong wen toney come up to me in pub grabed me pulled down my zip he thort it was funny so to be treated like that is not good and will be taken this further

I am rating their lunch.
The seniors $18 steak was very nice, along with the Steak Sandwich.

Look. Your travelling around looking for a funky, old school, spooky pub this is the place. I won on the pokies rang a bell and wrote on the walls. The owner is a down to earth human. The bar staff are lovely and kind. The pub is over 100yrs old and I've been told it's haunted.

Stopped here as they host a new NRMA fast EV charger. This gave us enough time to enjoy a hearty pub lunch. The menu is quite comprehensive and features all the usual pub fare you'd expect. Service was very friendly and efficient so the car a was finished charging as we finished our lunch. Well worth a stop.

I was on a week long motorcycle ride, my last night was in Monto, 13th July, staying at the Monto caravan park. They recommended the Grand Hotel for dinner, the hotel's courtesy bus was out of action for a few days, but the owner drove to the park, picked me up and also dropped me back later in the night.
Had an awesome meal, generous serving, typical of country towns, and as a lover of craft beer, was stoked to have Stone & Wood on tap. Pleasant staff, great service, the Hotel is a gem.
