Mt Alexander Hotel

Highly recommended to go there. On Sundays, they have an excellent roast. I took my parents there for Father's Day and they said it's the best roast beef they've had in a long time at the pub.

We hosted our daughter's first birthday at the Mt Alexander Hotel and had an absolutely fantastic day. The food and drinks were exceptional, featuring an enormous grazing table and delicious canapés that our guests couldn't stop raving about. Paulina, the events manager, was wonderful throughout the entire process. We had to reschedule our original date due to illness, and she was incredibly accommodating and made everything seamless for us. Additionally, we appreciated being able to use our own vendors for children's play activities and balloons, which added a special touch to the event. The function space is perfect for large events, and it was the ideal venue for our party. Highly recommend!

Delicious!! Our Local! The atmosphere here is great, the food is delicious and the staff are so friendly and attentive. The food is next level and so reasonably priced for its quality - it's a step above your usual pub fare. The Parma was especially good, and the sticky date pudding was a standout dessert. A perfect place for all sorts of functions and family get together. The service and food was all perfectly timed despite being busy.

We had my daughters 21st in the Terrace and utilised the gorgeous everage bar. Paulina was fantastic to deal with. The spaces were great, the staff was amazing and very accomodating leading up and on the evening. Would highly recommend for your next function.

The Mt Alexander Hotel first caught my eye for its stunning function space. I knew it was the sort of vibe I was looking for and I got in touch about holding my 40th birthday there.
Paulina was an absolute pleasure to deal with and she made the whole process so easy and stress free (I'm really not good at party planning).
Manny and James were fantastic on the night with keeping me informed, making fantastic drinks and entertaining the guests.
Everyone had compliments towards the staff!
Would recommend the Mt Alexander Hotel for any special events.
