Our recent booking exceeded all expectations. The meeting room was spacious, well-equipped with the latest technology, and provided a comfortable and professional setting for our business discussions. The staff ensured everything ran smoothly, from seamless AV support to timely refreshments.

The accommodations were equally impressive - modern, clean, and designed for both comfort and productivity. The quiet atmosphere allowed for a restful stay, and the excellent amenities made it a perfect choice for business travelers.

Overall, my stay was pleasant, but there were a few areas that I felt could use some improvement. Firstly, I had some concerns regarding the room cleanliness - it could certainly be better. I believe that with a bit more attention to detail, the rooms could meet higher standards. Additionally, the pool cleanliness was another area that needs improvement. A clean and well-maintained pool is essential for a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and I hope this can be addressed promptly. On a positive note, I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast at the Gazebo Restaurant. The variety and quality of the food were impressive, and it was a great way to start the day. However, I found that the dinner menu could use some enhancements to cater to a more diverse group of people. Offering a wider range of options would surely enhance the dining experience for all guests. I also want to highlight the positive experience I had with the front desk staff. As I was staying in a suite, they called me beforehand to check if I needed the sofa bed made, which was a thoughtful gesture and much appreciated. Thank you for your attention to these matters. I look forward to seeing improvements in these areas and hope to have an even better experience during my next visit.

Jenny was a delight and nothing was too much trouble from the first phone call and throughout our stay. The grounds are absolutely beautiful, the rooms were hard to fault and all other staff were so helpful. This has to be the best Hotel we have ever visited. They lose 1 point for stopping our room key from working at exactly checkout time forcing us to get help to open the door after it closed locking in the last of our luggage.

We organized a Milestone birthday celebration at the Governor Phillip Ballroom.
Everything at our event was absolutely spot on. The staff during the event was extremely helpful and courteous.
Special thanks to Nicole for adding some lovely touches to the seating arrangements and ensuring everything being spot on .
Can not finish this feedback without mentioning Kelly, the Chef who took time out from her busy schedule to discuss finer details of the Menu. Food was served on time, was very delicious and desserts were just stunning.

We were celebrating a wedding anniversary and stayed 2 nights. The service was outstanding. It was clear that it was a busy weekend with many functions on and the team were still attentive, welcoming and willing to go above and beyond. The adults only pool is a great addition to the facilities and for those travelling with kids there is plenty on offer.
Harvest restaurant was our highlight- the steak was one of the best I've had. Next time we are in the area we will be sure to visit once again!
