Most underrated bar in Bendigo! The staff are amazing, awesome banter and they make incredible cocktails. The food is so good but the pizza's especially are phenomenal. 10/10 on vibes and service!

We recently had the pleasure of visiting Nimba rooftop bar in Bendigo, and it was a delightful experience. The food was incredibly tasty, plated beautifully and with rich flavors. But the cocktails? Wow. Crafted by a true artist, they were superbly made, balancing creativity and flavor perfectly.

The highlight for me was the charcuterie board - jampacked with an array of delicious, high-quality ingredients that made every bite memorable. The atmosphere was equally wonderful, vibrant yet relaxing, with stunning views overlooking the beautiful landscapes of Bendigo. A must-visit for anyone seeking great food, drinks, and ambiance!

It's concerning to hear about a bar that discourages friendly conversation and kicks out patrons for simply talking to others. A welcoming atmosphere that allows social interaction is an essential part of the hospitality experience.
Bars and restaurants should be places where people can socialize and build connections, not environments that stifle communication. Kicking out patrons for talking goes against the principles of good customer service and hospitality.
If this particular establishment has a policy of prohibiting conversation among guests, that would be highly unusual and detrimental to creating an enjoyable experience for customers. Most bars aim to foster a convivial atmosphere that encourages people to mingle and engage with one another.
Unless there are very specific circumstances like repeated disruptions or inappropriate behavior, a bar management team should not be ejecting patrons simply for conversing with others. That seems like an overreaction and an unwelcoming practice that could seriously damage the bar's reputation and ability to attract a social crowd.

We found everything absolutely wonderful, the staff were so lovely and only too happy to assist with anything. Especially for a cold rainy night it was stunning to sit up on the rooftop whilst still being warm and cosy.

We (Central Victorian Motor Group) had our annual Staff Christmas Party at Nimbus Rooftop Bar this year. The venue was more than perfect & the weather topped it off.
We cannot be more impressed with the service that was provided from the staff working that day.
We were quite a large group & the staff kept us well fed, with food coming out all night. All of our staff could not say a bad word about all food options, it was all so fresh & delicious! The range & knowledge around dietary requirements was also fantastic.
If you're looking at booking any form of event, we highly recommend Nimbus Rooftop!!
