Lovely pub, however I feel ripped off. Firstly nowhere on there menu or counter does it say that GST wasn't included, but this was added on as per my receipt.
I also wanted a small vegan pizza and instead of being charged 21 dollars as per the menu price, I was charged 32. No where on the menu does it say it would be extra and I was not told this at the counter. An 11 dollar difference is a lot. Plus the 6.28 in GST is more than 17 dollars than I was expecting to pay

Beautiful country pub , had lunch on the deck on a beautiful sunny day, kookaburras laughing up in the trees, and I ordered a yummy Aussie parma with chips and a shandy along with it..
Worth the drive, worth the visit for lunch, I'll definitely come again....

The Nooj Pub is an iconic place to visit. It has beautiful scenery, a lively atmosphere and the food has good things said about it all the time although we didn't eat here today.
We found the staff to be a bit standoffish but it didn't detract from the whole vibe of the place. Bookings are highly recommended and get there early as it is a hugely popular venue with limited parking.

What an excellent pub! Location is spectacular, food is superb, service is great, efficient, warm and friendly. Surrounded by stunning nature, very relaxed atmosphere and extremely enjoyable to be in. Beautiful and large grassed area to wander, explore and enjoy. Small ravine running through town. Outdoor dinning which is also pet friendly. Literally one of the best pubs I've ever attended. Country pubs are a class above. Keep up the great work!

Fantastic pub in the most incredible setting. The best wood fired pizza I've had in years. The service was excellent and the beer garden is dog friendly. Perfect day trip from Melbourne with plenty of walks in the bush nearby.
