Novotel Sydney Darling Square, Darling Harbour NSW

We had a great stay. The rooms were very clean. This was a great location with the light rail stations a short walk away. Chinatown was right next door and there were lots of eating options in Darling Square.

Stayed two nights with the Novotel with my daughter. Had a room overlooking the chinese garden. It was a wonderful experience. room was clean and nice decor. The bed and pillows were comfortable and all our interactions with staff were positive. I really like the design of the hotel and the location was handy for getting anywhere in the city, either by foot or ferry or light rail. We used the parking and that was a simple exercise, even in the rain. The hotel had us drop our bags first and then gave us a map for how to drive to the carpark and then it was a quick walk back to hotel. I couldn't have had a better experience than the one at Novotel Darling Square.

Super smooth checkin with Zoe who was so sweet and accommodating and made us feel so welcomed. Great location tons of nearby restaurants and shops. Rooms are well decorated and comfortable. Breakfast was a bit pricey but overall I would def recommend

I recently stayed at Novotel Darling Harbour and had an overall enjoyable experience. The hotel's location is unbeatable, with easy access to Sydney's top attractions, restaurants, and shopping districts. It's the perfect spot for anyone exploring the city.
The room was modern, spacious, and spotlessly clean, with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable.
The breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a great selection of fresh and delicious options to start the day.
However, the service from the staff didn't quite meet my expectations. While they were polite, there were moments where more attentiveness and a stronger focus on guest needs would have significantly improved my stay. It felt like additional training in guest service could elevate the experience to match the high standards of the property.
Despite this, Novotel Darling Harbour is an excellent choice, and I would consider staying here again. With a few improvements in service, it would be a flawless experience!

Room clean and fresh. The culture of the staff is excellent, with a great can do attitude, no request was to much. Breakfast excellent. Finally, convenient location. No hesitation of staying here again when we next visit Sydney.
