Novotel Sydney Darling Square - Pub Near Me in NSW

While the staff were lovely, they couldn't accommodate an early check-in and the room we got was quite small on the second floor.
We had to ask for conditioner and a blanket (which never came). This is disappointing as we've stayed at other novotels and the facilities/amenities were great.

My son, daughter-in-law, granddaughter and I recently stayed at the Novotel Darling Square for 5 days. The staff were very accommodating; we were given early check-in and adjoining corner suite rooms when we arrived. Perfect! During our stay we enjoyed breakfast buffet daily (good selection of options) and made use of the pool and gym which were both well maintained. The location of the hotel made it the perfect base for Sydney sight seeing.

Overall our stay was great. The staff were very polite and the location made it easy to access everything we needed. The only criticism I have is that there was an air conditioning vent that clearly had not been cleaned recently and contained visible mould and distinct smell. I notified Reception and they did send someone to clean it quite quickly, but closer attention needs to be made to those details.

Stayed here for proximity to work and plans over the weekend. The room was well equipped and very clean. My only (very minor) feedback was that I was in an accessible room but the shower head would have been out of reach had I been a wheelchair user, and the reception team member took my debit card at check in but didn't explain the payment process - whether there would be a bond or if payment was frozen until my departure or taken at the time.
Other than my very picky feedback - everything was excellent. Wonderful location close to restaurants and public transportation. The room was absolutely spotless and well equipped. And the food and beverage options were many and outstanding.

We stayed for 10 nights and had a great experience. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was great. Location is perfect for exploring Darling Harbour, and hopping on a ferry, subway or train to explore other areas of the city too.
All of the staff was wonderful, but I want to mention that Tristan truly went above and beyond! He really made us feel welcome!
