The service from all the staff was outstanding! Had a great experience staying several nights at Novotel Darling Harbour. The little things made it memorable, like kids activity packs in the restaurant, the kids buffet, a handwritten thank you for your stay card from a staff member in the room, friendly service with personality (not robotic like some hotels) and a great atmosphere. I think to improve the recreation area including the gym is small for the size of the hotel and the pool is outdoors (an indoor spa would be good for the cooler months). The location is good.

I stayed at the hotel to attend a business conference. Everything in the room and hotel made my stay easy and pleasurable. I had only a couple of queries with hotel staff and these were handled in a professional and very friendly manner. The room was comfortable and provided everything I needed to get my work done and then to relax after. Breakfast in the restaurant each morning was excellent and set me up for pretty much the entire day. Thanks very much to all at Novotel.

We had a fantastic short stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the action with easy access to nearby attractions. The highlight of our stay was the room, which offered a breathtaking view of Darling Harbour. Waking up to such a picturesque scene was truly a memorable experience. If you're looking for a spot with stunning views and a central location, this hotel is an excellent choice!

My wife and two children had an overnight stay in darling harbour and chose Novotel for its location and reputation. The stay was exceptional, from the moment of meeting concierge to checkout, the hotel staff were like family. Very warm and welcoming, their charming demeanour made us feel so at home. Loved our stay, my only suggestion though, the kids area is awesome but really only caters to older kids. If there was space somewhere down the line an area for under 5yr would complete the family friendly set up. Thank you again for having us!

The location provides a great view of the city Skyline. Light Rail is easily accessible or alternatively a brisk 15 min walk gets you to the heart of shopping. The Suite we booked was large and sufficient to cater for 2 adults and 2 kids. The staff were always friendly and breakfast was great. The rooms could do with a refurbishment to make them more modern. Will definitely stay again.

Lovely motel, beautiful views of the harbour, quiet rooms. Check-in 3pm, however, our room wasn't ready for us to check-in until 4pm. Not good enough, especially when the fridge hadn't even been cleaned. Meals were nice. View from the balcony next to the bar is amazing, looks very pretty at night and staff ensure that the patrons are comfortable and warm with gas heaters & comfy couches.
