We arrived at the wrong location and were met by Alex (bistro manager) who made us feel welcome. We ordered the fish of the day and roast of the day, both great dishes and very delicious. This is what great service, a friendly environment...

Lunch for 2. We started with pumpkin soup, very tasty, but serve was a bit small for a meal. Garlic bread gets a plus too. Then we both had senior meals. The rump looked very tender in contrast to a similar rump I had at Mountain View Hotel Glen Waverley recently.
My Thai Beef Salad had plenty of thin tender beef pieces complemented with the salad, no coriander, which should please some.

After a group Christmas dinner, a few of us gratefully moved on to the Olinda Creek gaming room for a few more drinks and a chill out. Really good service (Lochi?) from the supervising attendant, very helpful, and knew very well how to manage responsible service whilst making our entire experience very welcoming and enjoyable. It ended up being a later than expected night and a relaxing way to wind down from our Christmas dinner. Many thanks!

We come here every second weekend for lunch.
The food and service is amazing.
5 star for Alex's customer service :) He came to the table and had a lovely chat with us, he is very welcoming and friendly. I would recommend coming to this place for lunch.

Much love to Tracy our lovely server and Eden whom was so warm n welcoming poured drinks them took order ran food...she even spoke to the chief to make sure my meal was extra keto to would my current diet... 😛 Service was divine hats off to the venue drove the parents from Doncaster up to lilidale just to eat at this pub!! Well worth it thanks so much for having us and we will be seeing you soon!!! 😏🙂😃 great job as always .. Bless
