We were advised to head to the Pacific by a number of locals..

If you're looking for a great view while having a 'bevvy', this is a great place.

The food let many of us down though. We had eaten at the Bowlo for a few nights, and found the food there to be of better quality.

An order for a medium steak came out more than well done, the cutlets were not enjoyed and the salmon was nowhere near as good as the barra on offer at the bowlo.

Four burgers were pretty good, you shouldn't get a burger wrong though.

Overall, consider what you are going there for.

Caitlin our server was incompetent at taking our order and when she brought meals to our table she asked " is there anything else"
We replied yes there was another 2 meals. She rolled her eyes and rudely replied they were coming.

Later to find out that Caitlin did not correctly put our order through and then lied about it being on its way out.

The mature age waitress was also displaying her unfriendly and rude manner, when we inquired about our missing meals.

As someone who has been in customer service there is no excuse for Caitlin's attitude when we were politely waiting for our meals.

Great views. Crowd was awesome. Food service slow but good pub menu and most of our group meals (20 persons) were good. Had to reject the fish and chips as the fish was underdone. A full refund was provided but diner left hungry 😕

Great location, view is great. The place is run down and so is the service from old ladies who run the bar and the meal counter. Go back to customer service school and learn how to please your customers. IT wouldn't take much for this place to become more popular with the locals and bring in some more money and upgrade the outdated dining area. But you've got to get your food and customer service sorted out first.

Dined at the restaurant - booked online just 1 hour before and was able to get a nice table. Loved the seamless process.

Chantelle the waitress was really nice and went out of her way to make sure I enjoyed my food. Appreciate the good service ☺️

Staff are the biggest asset of this place.
