Hotel Palisade

I went for drinks on a Sunday afternoon and it was a very chilled crowd, i found it easy to get a seat when we arrived although it was busier when we left. The cocktails pricing is pretty standard but they were tasty and well presented. There's only a small outdoor balcony area but it was lovely to sit on, on a sunny afternoon. The interior decor was lovely and obviously fairly recently refurbished. The lift only takes you to the penultimate level ans then you have to walk up some stairs to the rooftop.

I went here with a friend for a drink tonight and was greeted by Benjamin who looked like he had a gun pointed to his head when he greeted us. I tried to make small talk and bring a smile to his face as I was asking if we could get a seat for two, it felt like pulling teeth would be more pleasurable to him than having to deal with us. This venue is so beautiful, it's a shame it's let down by such poor customer service from Benjamin. We had table service from a girl, she seemed a bit better than Benjamin but still, not amazing customer service. I'm a local and bad news spreads pretty quick, I won't be recommending friends to come visit this bar.

Loved our stay at Hotel Palisade. Our room had a huge window to watch the lightning show over the harbour from. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The views from the cocktail bar are amazing and the snacks delicious. Would definitely stay again

Hotel Palisade is hands down one of the best spots in Sydney, offering arguably the best views in the city! From its stunning vantage point, you get unbeatable sights of the Harbour Bridge and Barangaroo. Each level has its own unique vibe, whether you're after a cozy corner or a lively atmosphere. The drinks are always top-notch, and the food is just as impressive. It's easily one of my favorite places to visit in Sydney - perfect for catching up with friends, celebrating, or just soaking in the incredible scenery. A must-visit

Had dinner here and it was very good. We haven't been for a while and the menu had changed a bit. The current menu is classic pub dishes. We enjoyed the chicken burger and loaded nachos, both were very nice and not overpriced. Beer and wine selection is also very good, featuring a lot of Australian beers and a mix of European and Australian wine. It's always popular so book to be certain.
