Great service for a spontaneous lunch on the way down to Werri Beach. Although the staff had to prepare for 3 weddings that day they kindly set us up a table for 4 outside to accomodate our dog and for our lunch order.
Fish and chips as well as the steak were generous in size and delicious.
Recommended venue, though I imagine they're more suited for weddings!

Can't beat that spectacular view! Panorama House was the perfect destination for my sister's wedding. They were very accommodating for vegetarian food options and made sure everything went seamlessly on her special day.

The views are spectacular beautiful scenery for a wedding.
The only issue I and many have said was.. There should be a fence ( clear panels) around the gazebo where weddings are performed..
The fence would block out the wind but still maintain its beauty of the area.

Made a booking well in advance for my partners birthday, no indication that the main floor had a wedding booked and only a small room underneath that they crammed everyone into was available, then to top it off they couldn't find my reservation even though I replied to their confirmation 24hrs earlier. For a premium price venue it does not care about your experience.

As you walk in and see that view that goes for Miles it's beautiful light and airy inside All White. I got the gnocchi and the sticky date pudding and I loved both. Service was good and friendly and it's a great photo opportunity. I like the idea that you can go to the bar yourself and get your own drinks. Most places you can't do this and it's confusing at the end with a huge bill trying to figure out what you've had. So you can just go and buy your drinks separate!

Definitely a 5 for view, beautifully appointed dining room, service, prices and quality and quantity of food. Only let down for me was that the brandy basket was a little too hard, though the filling was delicious. The main and entrees were fabulous and I saw other peoples desserts which looked awesome.
All over a definite must do.

Where do I begin? We had both our ceremony and reception at Panorama house and it was beyond amazing! From the view, the food and atmosphere also all the staff were so amazing and so attentive to all guests, whenever someone's plate was finished or someone needed something staff were quickly there to assist. The staff were also were super attentive to the bridal party as well going the extra mile for us. Thank you so much guys for everything! Couldn't be more happy!

The Panorama House team provided an exceptional venue and food for our wedding day reception. It was absolutely magical and we couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate with our closest family and friends. We had a fully vegan menu which is certainly not the norm however the chef prepared an incredible menu for us, and the wait staff were extremely lovely and helpful on the night. Staff were highly attentive and friendly - if you are visiting the south coast and it's a clear sunny day this is definitely worth stopping in for lunch or dinner if you would like to see the sparkling lights of Wollongong and beyond.

Keep in mind this is also a very popular wedding/events venue so some areas may not be accessible if they are being used for functions - would recommend booking in advance

Fabulous food amazing view and delightful staff that couldn't do enough for you. And to top it off the prices are very reasonable. Considering how busy they were today we didn't have to wait for our food And the food was hot. Thank you for a fabulous experience.

Outstanding views overlooking Bulli Beach. The ambiance at Panorama House is similar to being in a pub rather than a restaurant. It is so crowded and loud that one must shout to be heard. No intimate conversations going on here.

For some reason, the service at our table was extremely poor. Even though the food was excellent, the service put a damper on our overall experience. Our table spent a whole lot of time waiting. It took forever to order and receive everything from drinks, to entrees, and our main meal. The table seated next to us arrived after us, with the same number of guests, but their service was so much more efficient. We would have ordered far more drinks if the wait staff came around more often, but they didn't. One side of our table received tea and coffee, but the other side wasn't even asked! Our family came from all parts of Australia to celebrate this occasion, and we were greatly disappointed.

My now husband and I had the pleasure of having our wedding ceremony and reception at Panorama House last Saturday. Everything was perfect! the staff members were so accomodating, the food was amazing and the venue itself is stunning with breathtaking views. The staff worked in tandem with my stylists to help create our dream ceremony and reception. Our guests have not stopped complimenting us on the service and the venue! We had our wedding at Panorama House and are absolutely blown away by the services they provided. They were easy and efficient to communicate with and the staff were great on the night to ensure everything went perfect. From the initial contact with them and planning to the final goodbye on the night they were so great to help plan such a special day. The food was exceptional our ceremony and reception were beautiful - we highly recommend!!!

Have been here twice now for lunch, the view is beautiful, very spacious, food is amazing and service is fantastic. Must make a booking which is easy through their website. Both visits I went with the $50 per person 3 course meal. Amazing!
I have personally not been here for an event/wedding myself but it's easy to see how the space would be turned into an incredible event/reception space!
The outdoor ceremony area looks beautiful too.

Went to the restaurant on seafood platter night and it was amazing. The portion was very generous and we had to take home quite a lot of food (so did every other table). The seafood was very fresh and very nicely cooked, and a variety of sauces accompanying each seafood was faultless. The panoramic view and friendly staff completed a perfect evening out. We will definitely go back. Thank you Panorama House.

20th wedding anniversary completely ruined. We booked a window seat in the restaurant for our special night and when we got there we were ushered around the side of the venue down some stairs into a make shift marquee they call a restaurant as the normal restaurant was being used for a wedding.
We were literally in a pop up marquee that was freezing cold and the staff had puffer coats on. We had driven a considerable distance for our anniversary to this venue that is suppose to be classy with a luxurious restaurant only to be directed to a cold tent.
We got up and left and went somewhere else. Very very disappointed and as we were leaving we could here other people complain as well.

For what this venue offers, it's a complete disappointment. For the cost involved with this venue, it's a complete disappointment. Literally the only thing going for it was the views! We were there for a family wedding and the way they had tables set up left me with spilt drink down my back ( red one at that) , head knocks all night and people squishing past constantly, including the poor waitstaff. What a job they had on their hands with how squishy it was. The facility needs updating. For what they charge, I expected a lot better than what we got. Ignorance from management when speeches were on and a 16th birthday party was running next door and we couldn't hear the speeches over the music. Management were asked if they could go in and ask them to turn the music down 5 times just while speeches were done and they did absolutely nothing! Seriously, don't run kids birthday parties when you have adult weddings happening at the same time. It's obvious the owners of this venue let money do the talking and disappointing to see they don't take good care of the venue. And ugly bottles of water everywhere instead of pitchers? Someone who knows what they're doing needs to take over this place and run it the way it should be run, especially for what people pay for it because it has so much potential and the views are absolutely breathtaking, but that's it.

Great service and excellent food. Birthday dinner for my husband and myself and couldn't have been happier with our choice of restaurant. We had a 3 course meal and all were fantastic. The staff were excellent and the view is awesome.

You'd struggle to better the awesome views .. from the dining room. Excellent customer service and lovely meals. A separate (though small) bar at the front, is handy for both a quiet drink at the end of the day and as a meeting point before heading to the restaurant. Rooms are well appointed for price.

The Christmas day spread was amazing. Quite a long line to the buffet but it moved pretty quickly. The pre- arranged alcohol mix could be improved by allowing guests to choose when booking. For example, none at my table drink beer, so it was wasted on us. I'm not sure that water was repented often enough. The staff were great and the background live music was a nice touch. I'd go again.

Experienced the most amazing views from the gazebo and inside the venue for a wedding. Watched the ocean meet the sky turn into beautiful night lights. The venue, food and staff were great. ?f arriving from Sydney it's straight off the freeway so don't miss the turn.

We went with a Seniors' group from Wollongong Baptist Church for an end-of-year luncheon.
Panorama House has a great space for any function. Our party of about 30 was seated at an attractive and professionally attended table setting. My scotch-fillet meal was excellent.
The large dining room is bright, with multiple chandeliers. Lavishly- mirrored, it seems even more spacious. The huge east windows overlook the rarely equaled vista of the Illawarra coastline.

My boyfriend and I were very excited to spend our anniversary here and had booked three weeks in advance - despite how difficult it was to contact the business and make this booking as we have tried three other times this year with no luck. When we arrived we entered the main building and found there to be a wedding. When we asked a staff member for directions to the restaurant we were pointed in the wrong direction, walking around in the rain and fog. We asked two other employees and were eventually were pointed down to where we were eating. We were expecting to be eating in the restaurant upstairs where all photos online advertise you will be eating, however, we were pointed downstairs into a small spare event room with four other tables. There were tables and chairs piled up in the corner of the room like a storage room and from downstairs there was no view at all. On the table there was a tiny candle and a large plastic water bottle - no pitcher. Food was very mediocre and pricey. We were expecting to pay a little bit more for what we thought would be good food but were very disappointed. My partner was dissatisfied with his meal. He ordered the ribeye steak medium rare but when it came out it was well done and charred. I expected there to be wine on the menu but was surprised and disappointed to find none. Considering we went very out of our way to come to this venue and didn't get what was advertised is disgusting. I would expect that the venue would alert customers when weddings would be held as they would not be able to eat in the upstairs restaurant with the views - as advertised. Had my partner and I have known, we wouldn't have bothered. Won't be coming back.

I did a live wedding painting here (and I'll be returning for another one next year!) and it was beautiful! Maria took great care of me and my assistants and helped to find a place for us to set up at short notice. The view is incredible.

We went there for the Father's Day lunch buffet! We were in shock when we arrived! The queue for food is probably 50 metres. It's so crowded and I think we will definitely get Covid! Very poor management, after finally getting your food you have to come back past everyone in the queue again! Kitchen staff has to carry hot food passing everyone in the queue. It's dangerous. The food is not bad. But this definitely could be managed better. We always come for a buffet 3 years ago, before the pandemic. I was very disappointed this time!

Wow the view and venue is amazing!! We had our wedding on the weekend and everything was beautiful. From the ceremony, the reception and the food. All our guests enjoyed it and said how beautiful everything was. The staff made it so easy and were an absolute pleasure to deal with

Had a great lunch here and was very happy with the price we paid and killer views as well. Staff were nice and all in all we had a nice day.The accomodation downstairs looks very basic and not sure why there seems to be old building materials and broken air conditioners and empty beer kegs scattered around the place as made the area surrounding the venue look a little less inviting. Maybe grab a truck and fill it up and take a trip to the tip would fix that. Will be back for sure as value for money is the best around for a lunch this good.😀😀😀

Not what I expected. Too many weddings and receptions going, not spaced out. My niece had her wedding and we could hear the music from the reception going on over it. Not very looked after, cigarette butts in pot plants. Food was average, bathrooms weren't maintained, no paper towels to dry your hands in girls toilets.

We drove all the way form north sydney to have dinner and celebrate my best friend's birthday. The food was absolutely amazing, everything very fresh and good quality. But the most important: the friendly staff. They were always looking after us, smiling and very professional team. Thanks a lot for such a wonderful night. Plus the view is stunning..
