We had the BEST meal we've had in years here. We did the set menu and matching wines and it was a night to remember. Chef Jess served the most exquisite and elegant dishes - with unique and utterly delicious flavours. It was beautiful elevated food. Luke - our sommelier took us on a journey through Chablis - taking us on a taste sensation and teaching us about the wines and the region as we went. He was absolutely fabulous, entertaining, and his wine selection was incredible. Highly recommend for a fabulous night out. The venue was beautiful and intimate and we will absolutely 100% be back! Update: the menu got super refined with amazing creativity and superb flavours!

One of the cutest wine bars in town. Cosy atmosphere, great service and beautiful menu. The food is exciting, homely, and entertaining at the same time. MUST TRY!

10/10 experience, great ambience, service was immaculate. They had a beautiful selection of Chablis. There was a variety of local oysters and smoked mussels to trial and all were excellent. Would thoroughly recommend.

Emma and the team were awesome! This was a last minute feed before a business event and I got the Claire de lune oysters, caviar sandwiches, and La Perla cocktail.

Everything was incredible, amazing food and drinks + an intimate but warm atmosphere that is perfect for me time, or with a few friends. Look forward to returning again soon!

Pearl Chablis & Oyster Bar is open Wednesday and Thursday from 5 PM to 10 PM. They are also open Friday and Saturday from 5 PM to 11 PM.
